The De Raad van Katwijk holiday home was built as a mansion and at a later stage it served as the town hall. What is particularly striking about it is the beautiful façade at the front. By car, you are more than 10 minutes in Leiden. You enter into the spacious hall with marble floor. From here a wonderful, original winding staircase leads you to the first and the second floor. On the ground floor you will find a living room with a television, furnished very tastefully, a dining room and a separate reading room, as well as a spacious kitchen diner which is equipped with all modern conveniences. The garden has a pond and a large terrace and parking space for a maximum of 3 cars. The bedrooms are divided over the first and second floor. The master bedroom is very big and on a split level. This bedroom also has its own ensuite bathroom, with a bathtub, a washbasin and toilet. On the first floor you will find a second bathroom with a shower, a washbasin and a toilet. From here it is only a 30 minute walk to the beach and to the centre of the family seaside resort (or 10 minutes by bicycle). You will find the shops in the same street as your holiday home. Because of the presence of the pond this holiday home is unsuitable for small children

Charming little house Kaat is hidden in a silent courtyard near the centre of The Hague. The house is equipped for two persons and although you stay near all facilities, in the courtyard you enjoy a contemplative quietness. Shops and restaurants are around the corner and the beach and sea are always near. The ground floor of house Kaat is one spacious dining-kitchen. Het vakantiehuis is een heerlijke uitvalsbasis voor verkenning van de historische stad Leiden met diverse musea zoals Rijksmuseum van Oudheden en Volkenkunde. De monumentale binnenstad met haar grachten, steegjes en vele hofjes is ‘the best kept secret’. Genoeg gezien in de stad? In slechts 25 minuten rijdt u naar het strand en de duinen van Katwijk en Noordwijk. Of beter: u maakt er gelijk een mooie fietstocht van. In 45 minuten staat u op het strand. The luxurious Port Nautique apartment is situated on the ground floor of a modern and exclusive complex on the Brouwersdam: the dike which separates the Grevelingenmeer lake from the North Sea.
