Das Ferienhaus Genieten aan Zee („genießen am Meer") hat eine stilvolle Maisonette-Aufteilung und liegt in die Nähe vom das Kurhaus und die Seebrücke von Scheveningen. Das Haus befindet sich in einer belebten Straße, von der aus Sie in nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand sind. Das Zentrum von Den Haag erreichen Sie in nur 10 Minuten mit dem Auto oder der Straßenbahn. Das Ferienhaus bietet 4 Personen Platz: 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern. Ihr Auto können Sie gratis mit dem Parkausweis des Wohnungseigentümers auf der Straße abstellen. Im einladenden Wohnzimmer finden Sie eine gemütliche Sitzecke und eine stilvolle Schiebetüre aus Bleiglas, sodass Sie die Wohnbereiche voneinander trennen können. Die einfache, offene Küche ist mit allen wichtigen Geräten ausgestattet, und am Esstisch finden sechs Personen Platz. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich drei Schlafzimmer: das Eltern-Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und ein Kinderzimmer mit einem Einzelbett. Im dritten Schlafzimmer steht ein tolles Hochbett. Im Obergeschoss ist auch das moderne Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne. Über Flügeltüren gelangen Sie hinaus auf die Terrasse, wo sich die Kinder nach einem Strandtag auf dem Klettergerüst mit Rutsche austoben können, während Sie ein Glas Wein in der Sonne genießen. Das Zentrum von Scheveningen sowie Strand und Boulevard mit dem weltberühmten Pier sind zu Fuß von Ihrem Ferienhaus aus erreichbar. De 4-pers. mobile home (NL-3652-02) is eenvoudig maar verzorgd ingericht. Het 4-pers. (NL-3652-03) en 5-pers. (NL-3652-04) chalet hebben een wat luxere inrichting en zijn ruimer. Je beschikt altijd over een privacyrijke tuin met tuinmeubilair.

In holiday home Duna Deli you enjoy space, peace, comfort and privacy and if you want the luxurious Jacuzzi too. You stay in a small park directly behind the dunes just outside Noordwijk aan Zee, with the beach and sea always within reach. In holiday home Duna Deli you will lack nothing – the house is fully equipped for up to 4 people and offers many possibilities. Unique is the large porch on two sides of the house so you can sit outside in all weather conditions and if desired use the relaxing Jacuzzi. On the ground floor of the house is a living room with cozy sitting area and a dining table. In the open kitchen you will find all the equipment and utensils you need and there is also a separate laundry room. Through the two large sliding doors you reach the porch terrace. Of course you can enjoy your meals here at the cozy table and sit outside at the first rays of sunshine already. The jacuzzi is placed under the roof as well and can be protected by windbreaks. Furthermore, the large garden offers several places to sit, for example at the outdoor fireplace and barbecue. The children can do their thing on the trampoline and play freely on the lawn. The bedrooms are on the first floor. The master bedroom has a comfortable electrically adjustable double bed, a television with DVD player and a French balcony. In the other bedroom are two single beds. Both bedrooms have ample closet space and for younger guests a foldable cot is available. The bright bathroom has a shower and wash basin and has floor heating. There is a separate toilet on this floor. To maximize space, all the rooms on the first floor closed with light folding doors. Holiday home Duna Deli is an ideal base for your beach holiday – the dunes are practically on the doorstep and you can reach the beach easily on foot or by bike. The vast dune area invites to hiking and biking and the rest of the area is also very worthwhile. The boulevard and the lively center of Noordwijk can be reached in five minutes but also cities such as Haarlem, Leiden, Amsterdam and The Hague with their many attractions are less than a half hour away. In the spring you can enjoy the exuberant flowering bulb fields (the world-famous Keukenhof is near), which give an extra dimension to your stay on the Dutch coast!
