Holiday house Het Houten Huis is situated in a beautiful spot near the beach of Ouddorp. This detached house is an architectural masterpiece and has been in the possession of the same family for many years. Due to the symmetry, the use of wood and bright colours it seems like a fairytale house. The holiday home has a large communal space with a welcoming seating area and is suitable for a maximum of 20 people. Het Houten Huis lies in a sheltered spot between the trees. You will find the entrance on the right-hand side. The hall will lead you to the welcoming living space with open-plan kitchen. This is the heart of the home. Here you can prepare meals, talk and play games with the entire party. For children there is a play corner and during the cooler evenings you can snuggle up together around the woodstove. There are four dining tables which can be put together as you wish. At the rear of Het Houten Huis there is a spacious utility room where older children can have a great time with a table-tennis table. Het Houten Huis is on the first floor and is divided into four apartments; north, south, east and west. All the apartments have two bedrooms and their own bathroom with a shower, washbasin and toilet. The south and west apartment each have a double bed and a bunk bed. The north and east apartment each have a double bed and two bunk beds. In addition there is an extra single bed in the east apartment. The holiday home is surrounded by a large garden where children can play to their hearts content. On the south-facing terrace you will find comfortable garden chairs and the terrace on the west side has evening sun. It is a ten minute cycle ride to the centre of Ouddorp and only five minutes to the beach! Het Houten Huis is a family house. To guarantee the quality we have decided to decline groups of younger people.

Schelpenbank
‘Schelpenbank’ appartment is located in the Duinroos Residence on the beach front and gives you direct private access to the hotel and all that it offers. Another private exit gives direct access to the pavilion and beach. You can enjoy all sea views from a large balcony along the front of the appartment. The apartment is reached by a lift to the seventh floor from the foyer of Residence Duinroos. From the lift the apartment is reached via a carpeted hallway. Through the apartment hallway you reach the open plan kitchen – diner – livingroom which gives acces to the wide balcony as does the bedroom. Parking is easy and safe in the cellar garage. You’ll be able to get to the beach in robe and slippers, Noordwijk centre is five minutes away and the view is stunning!
Het Haagse Herenhuis
Diese charakteristische, herrschaftliche Stadtvilla liegt in einer ruhigen Straße. Nur 10 Minuten mit dem Rad bis zum Strand von Scheveningen und zum eindrucksvollen Zentrum der Residenzstadt. Die Eigentümer stellen Fahrräder zur Verfügung. Das Haus ist ideal für zwei Erwachsene und vier Kinder. Es gibt einen geräumigen Garten mit Sitzmöbeln und es stehen eine Rutsche und ein Trampolin für die Kinder bereit. Viele Elemente, sowie die Treppe und die hohen Räume sind noch im originalen Stat, ebenso wie verschiedene Wände. Dieses Haus ist dann auch einzelhaft und für Liebhaber gemeint. Im Erdgeschoss erwartet Sie das Wohnzimmer mit Essecke, abgesenktem Sitzbereich mit Kamin und die moderne Küche. Auf der 1. Etage befinden sich ein Elternschlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer. Die 2. Etage beherbergt zwei Kinderzimmer und ein Zweipersonszimmer ebenals ein zweites Badezimmer.
Lazy Lizard
Holiday house Lazy Lizard is situated along the edge of the dunes just outside Noordwijk aan Zee. This detached house is suited for four persons and is on a small and quiet family park on walking distance from the sea and the beach. Holiday home Lazy Lizard first of all offers you a lot of peace and quiet in a place where your children can enjoy themselves as well. It is a typical holiday home and the owner succeeded in making an easy, practical and comfortable place where you can relax completely. There is a living room with a sitting area around the fireplace and a dining table. There is a compact open kitchen that is fit with all appliances. The two adjoining bedrooms are downstairs too – one of which has a double bed and the other one a bunk bed. The modern bathroom has a shower. You can sit outside on the large porch terrace in almost any weather conditions and you can enjoy the sun or play in the garden, that is fully enclosed and offers optimal privacy. There are several playing fields and playgrounds for kids in the small scale park and when you cross the road you can walk through the dunes to the beach. The owner puts two bicycles at your disposal to discover the surroundings. They are the ideal means of transportation to reach the beach and to explore the stretched dune area. Besides the beach and sea there are many interesting places to visit in the region (ESA Space Expo, Keukenhof, Linnaeushof) and you can easily reach cities like Leyden, Haarlem, Amsterdam and The Hague from your holiday home.
