Holiday house Het Houten Huis is situated in a beautiful spot near the beach of Ouddorp. This detached house is an architectural masterpiece and has been in the possession of the same family for many years. Due to the symmetry, the use of wood and bright colours it seems like a fairytale house. The holiday home has a large communal space with a welcoming seating area and is suitable for a maximum of 20 people. Het Houten Huis lies in a sheltered spot between the trees. You will find the entrance on the right-hand side. The hall will lead you to the welcoming living space with open-plan kitchen. This is the heart of the home. Here you can prepare meals, talk and play games with the entire party. For children there is a play corner and during the cooler evenings you can snuggle up together around the woodstove. There are four dining tables which can be put together as you wish. At the rear of Het Houten Huis there is a spacious utility room where older children can have a great time with a table-tennis table. Het Houten Huis is on the first floor and is divided into four apartments; north, south, east and west. All the apartments have two bedrooms and their own bathroom with a shower, washbasin and toilet. The south and west apartment each have a double bed and a bunk bed. The north and east apartment each have a double bed and two bunk beds. In addition there is an extra single bed in the east apartment. The holiday home is surrounded by a large garden where children can play to their hearts content. On the south-facing terrace you will find comfortable garden chairs and the terrace on the west side has evening sun. It is a ten minute cycle ride to the centre of Ouddorp and only five minutes to the beach! Het Houten Huis is a family house. To guarantee the quality we have decided to decline groups of younger people.

Im Erdgeschoss der Ferienvilla liegen ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten sowie ein Badezimmer mit Waschbecken, Dusche und Toilette. Die anderen zwei Schlafzimmer befinden sich im ersten Stock. Hier gibt es auch ein zweites Badezimmer, ebenfalls mit Waschtisch, Dusche und separater Toilette. Die Einrichtung/Einteilung der Villen kann variieren.
Chaletpark de Visotter
Alle accommodaties op Chaletpark de Visotter zijn gelegen op ruime kavels direct aan smalle of brede sloten. Je hebt de keuze uit verschillende varianten. De 4-pers. mobile home (NL-3652-02) is eenvoudig maar verzorgd ingericht. Het 4-pers. (NL-3652-03) en 5-pers. (NL-3652-04) chalet hebben een wat luxere inrichting en zijn ruimer. Je beschikt altijd over een privacyrijke tuin met tuinmeubilair.
Type CGL
Detached holiday home CGL is located in a beautiful park in Hellevoetsluis, and can accommodate eight people, making it ideal for families. The park lies directly on the waterfront, by a marina on the Haringvliet, less than a kilometre away from the beach. Holiday home CGL is beautifully furnished in a marine style, and features a spacious living room and an open kitchen. On the first floor of the house, there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath-tub and a whirlpool. On the second floor are the fourth bedroom and a private ensuite bathroom with a shower and a sauna. There is a great pancake restaurant in the holiday park Cape Helius located where you can enjoy delicious pancakes with the kids. You can also rent bicycles at the park and explore the surrounding area. As an additional bonus, guests of the holiday park enjoy free access to the subtropical swimming paradise in nearby holiday park Kamperland.
