The Water en Duinen country estate consists of a welcoming large villa sleeping 14 and a thatch-roofed garden house sleeping 4 people. The 5 hectare country estate is a true play paradise for children. The nearby beach at the Maasvlakte is ideal for swimming, kite surfing and wind surfing. At the Brielse Meer lake you can also hire a boat. The group accommodation still has all the details from the so-called Amsterdamse School style in which it was built in 1920. Only a few kilometres from the industrial area of Rotterdam you will find yourself in an oasis of peace and quiet. The Water en Duinen country estate lies right by a large nature reserve with many birds and even deer. The building itself has beautiful long corridors, round walls (according to Antroprosophic architecture-based on the theory of Rudolf Steiner), various seating areas, conservatories with a view to the enormous garden, and a quiet music room at the end of the corridor. The villa has 7 bedrooms (one of which is a hunting room, which can be reached from the outside of the house), 2 basic bathrooms and an extra shower. The garden house comes with yet another bedroom and a bathroom. On request it is possible to place two extra beds in this house. There is a golf course in the vicinity of the group accommodation, as well as a swimming pool. In the welcoming centre of Oostvoorne you will find a bakery, a butcher, a grocery store and a supermarket. The historic small town of Brielle can be reached in as little as 7 minutes. Tip from the owner: for a lovely lunch, dinner or just for a cup of coffee or a glass of wine, visit the Aan Zee Oostvoorne restaurant, a sustainable restaurant in the dunes with a spectacular view. At the Oostvoornse Meer lake there is also a diving school. We also recommend, during your stay in the Water en Duinen country estate, paying a visit to the Kenniscentrum Maasvlakte (information centre): very special!

Haagse Poolvilla
De Haagse Poolvila is a luxurious villa in Westbroekpark in Scheveningen, Zuid-Holland, the Netherlands. Within cycling distance (5 minutes) are both the beach and the city center. Feel free to use the bicycles the owner left for you, including a very Dutch ‘bakfiets’ (a carrier tricycle). There is also a canoo available – you can take it all the way up to the canals of The Hague. Facilities of the villa also include a heated outdoor pool (15 x 5 meters), a hot tub, swingset, and a trampoline. The pool villa is suitable for 7 guests.
Schelpenbank
‘Schelpenbank’ appartment is located in the Duinroos Residence on the beach front and gives you direct private access to the hotel and all that it offers. Another private exit gives direct access to the pavilion and beach. You can enjoy all sea views from a large balcony along the front of the appartment. The apartment is reached by a lift to the seventh floor from the foyer of Residence Duinroos. From the lift the apartment is reached via a carpeted hallway. Through the apartment hallway you reach the open plan kitchen – diner – livingroom which gives acces to the wide balcony as does the bedroom. Parking is easy and safe in the cellar garage. You’ll be able to get to the beach in robe and slippers, Noordwijk centre is five minutes away and the view is stunning!
