The Water en Duinen country estate consists of a welcoming large villa sleeping 14 and a thatch-roofed garden house sleeping 4 people. The 5 hectare country estate is a true play paradise for children. The nearby beach at the Maasvlakte is ideal for swimming, kite surfing and wind surfing. At the Brielse Meer lake you can also hire a boat. The group accommodation still has all the details from the so-called Amsterdamse School style in which it was built in 1920. Only a few kilometres from the industrial area of Rotterdam you will find yourself in an oasis of peace and quiet. The Water en Duinen country estate lies right by a large nature reserve with many birds and even deer. The building itself has beautiful long corridors, round walls (according to Antroprosophic architecture-based on the theory of Rudolf Steiner), various seating areas, conservatories with a view to the enormous garden, and a quiet music room at the end of the corridor. The villa has 7 bedrooms (one of which is a hunting room, which can be reached from the outside of the house), 2 basic bathrooms and an extra shower. The garden house comes with yet another bedroom and a bathroom. On request it is possible to place two extra beds in this house. There is a golf course in the vicinity of the group accommodation, as well as a swimming pool. In the welcoming centre of Oostvoorne you will find a bakery, a butcher, a grocery store and a supermarket. The historic small town of Brielle can be reached in as little as 7 minutes. Tip from the owner: for a lovely lunch, dinner or just for a cup of coffee or a glass of wine, visit the Aan Zee Oostvoorne restaurant, a sustainable restaurant in the dunes with a spectacular view. At the Oostvoornse Meer lake there is also a diving school. We also recommend, during your stay in the Water en Duinen country estate, paying a visit to the Kenniscentrum Maasvlakte (information centre): very special!

Maarten's Strand
The beach, the sea and the promenade within walking distance and the lively shopping and entertainment center of Noordwijk within reach – if that’s your idea of the perfect beach holiday, Maarten’s Strand is your perfect holiday home! This comfortable house is very centrally located and fully equipped for six people. Holiday home Maarten’s Strand is in the center of Noordwijk and has three floors. The living room and fully equipped kitchen are on the first floor, where both the front and the back have a balcony. Through the spiral staircase to reach the second floor where there are two bedrooms. Both feature a double bed and one of the rooms also has a balcony. In the bathroom on this floor you have a bath and toilet. On the second floor is a cozy sleeping loft with a double bed and a private bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. In the laundry room you will find a washer and dryer. Obviously you dispose of wireless internet in this house and also there is a private car park at the rear – very pleasant on sunny beach days. From your holiday home you can walk straight into the lively center where you will find a variety of shops, but also numerous restaurants and some good nightlife. These you will also find of course along the boulevards, both almost literally around the corner. And within a few minutes you can have your feet in the surf of the North Sea and you will find a nice spot on the beach. Noordwijk has much more to offer besides the beach, and also the environment is particularly attractive. There are extensive hiking and cycling opportunities (in the spring the blooming flower fields around Noordwijk are spectacular!) and a visit to Space Expo is very worthwhile. But you can also go supping, kite-surfing or test yourself on a scooter safari in the dunes! Interesting cities such as Leiden, Haarlem, Amsterdam and The Hague are all quickly and easy to reach – by car or by public transport.

Vakantiehuis Vissershuisje is een karakteristieke visserswoning in een hofje in het oudste deel van Scheveningen. De zee en het strand liggen op loopafstand, net als de gezellige boulevard en het levendige centrum. Maar in het Oud-Scheveningse hofje geniet u vooral van de rust… Vakantiehuis Vissershuisje is een volledig gerenoveerde voormalige visserswoning. U ontdekt de frisse en gemoedelijke sfeer direct als u de woonkamer betreedt. Hier vindt u een comfortabele zithoek met televisie en u kunt natuurlijk ook gebruik maken van internet. Aan de gezellige eettafel kunt u gemakkelijk met vier personen zitten en de moderne open keuken is van alle gemakken en apparatuur voorzien. Op de eerste verdieping van huis Vissershuisje is een ruime slaapzolder met tweepersoonsbed (afgescheiden d.m.v. een gordijn) en twee eenpersoonsbedden. In de efficiënte badkamer is een ligbad. In de slaapruimte is eventueel plaats genoeg voor uw babybedje. Voor het huis kunt u buiten zitten op de stoere houten bank, waar het zonnig is en waar u bovendien geniet van de bijzondere sfeer van het hofje. Het strand en de boulevard met de beroemde Pier liggen op loopafstand van het vakantiehuis, net als het centrum van Scheveningen. Winkels en restaurants in overvloed dus. Met het openbaar vervoer (of met de fiets) bent u in een oogwenk in het veelzijdige centrum van Den Haag. Voor het optimale vakantiegevoel kunt u zelfs gebruik maken van de door de eigenaar geboden ontbijtservice – elke dag een geheel verzorgd ontbijt voor uw deur!
