Dieses wirklich authentische Ferienhaus liegt in einem ruhigen Gärtchen im alten Fischerdorf Scheveningen. Durch das Zusammenfügen zweier ehemaliger kleiner Fischerhäuser, ist ein reizendes Haus, geeignet für vier Personen, entstanden. Es liegt nur einen steinwurf entfernt vom Strand und dem Boulevard des geschäftigen Scheveningen. Nur einen Steinwurf vom Strand und dem Meer entfernt, liegt das Haus „Le Pecheur", versteckt in einem kleinen Garten im alten Scheveningen. Der Besitzer hat zwei nebeneinander liegende, authentische Fischerhäuser zu einem stilechten Ferienhaus zusammengefügt. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich eine gemütliche Sitzecke mit einem Fernseher. In dem sich anschließenden Esszimmer steht ein Esstisch, der acht Personen Platz bietet. Die kompakte Küche ist mit allen Bequemlichkeiten versehen. Obwohl das Haus mit einer Zentralheizung ausgestattet ist, stehen im Wohn- und Esszimmer Gasöfen, um eine besondere Atmosphäre zu schaffen. Das Badzimmer mit Dusche und Toilette befindet sich auch im Erdgeschoß. Über die offene Treppe erreichen Sie den ersten Stock, wo Sie direkt das erste Schlafzimmer erreichen. Hier stehen zwei Einzelbetten. Im sich anschließenden zweiten Schlafzimmer stehen ebenfalls zwei Einzelbetten und ein Fernseher. Vor dem Haus ist eine Terrasse, auf der Sie in der Sonne oder im Schatten einer schönen Rotbuche sitzen können. Sie können vom Haus aus zu Fuß den Strand, den Boulevard oder das Zentrum von Scheveningen erreichen. Das Zentrum von Den Haag kann man leicht mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichen.

Detached modern holiday home in a small scale bungalow park right behind the dunes. Stylishly furnished for up to five persons and situated ideally with respect to beaches, dunes and the sea. In this thatched cottage, built in 2009, you will find all modern comfort you can think of. On the ground floor is a bright living room with a comfortable sitting area and a large sliding door to the sunny garden. The dining room has a welcoming dining table for six and in the open kitchen all modern appliances are available. The two spacious bedrooms are on the first floor. The master bedroom has a double bed, in the other bedroom are three single beds. The luxurious bathroom has a whirlpool and a shower. All rooms in the house have floor heating. He garden is around the house, so you can always choose a sunny spot or sit in a more shady place. You can park your car next to the house and there’s a second parking spot in the parking space opposite the house. House Chevalier is just north of Noordwijk. You can reach the beach on foot along a hiking path through the dunes and many interesting trips can be made in the surrounding region. The owner puts three bicycles at your disposal.

The beach, the sea and the promenade within walking distance and the lively shopping and entertainment center of Noordwijk within reach – if that’s your idea of the perfect beach holiday, Maarten’s Strand is your perfect holiday home! This comfortable house is very centrally located and fully equipped for six people. Holiday home Maarten’s Strand is in the center of Noordwijk and has three floors. The living room and fully equipped kitchen are on the first floor, where both the front and the back have a balcony. Through the spiral staircase to reach the second floor where there are two bedrooms. Both feature a double bed and one of the rooms also has a balcony. In the bathroom on this floor you have a bath and toilet. On the second floor is a cozy sleeping loft with a double bed and a private bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. In the laundry room you will find a washer and dryer. Obviously you dispose of wireless internet in this house and also there is a private car park at the rear – very pleasant on sunny beach days. From your holiday home you can walk straight into the lively center where you will find a variety of shops, but also numerous restaurants and some good nightlife. And within a few minutes you can have your feet in the surf of the North Sea and you will find a nice spot on the beach. Noordwijk has much more to offer besides the beach, and also the environment is particularly attractive. There are extensive hiking and cycling opportunities (in the spring the blooming flower fields around Noordwijk are spectacular!) and a visit to Space Expo is very worthwhile. But you can also go supping, kite-surfing or test yourself on a scooter safari in the dunes! Interesting cities such as Leiden, Haarlem, Amsterdam and The Hague are all quickly and easy to reach – by car or by public transport.
