Die Aufteilung Ihres Ferienhauses Das Ferienhaus De Raad van Katwijk wurde im Stil eines Herrenhauses erbaut und diente später als Rathaus. Auffallend ist die schöne Fassade an der Vorderseite. Sie betreten das Gebäude über die große Eingangshalle mit Marmorboden. Von hier aus führt eine prachtvolle, original erhaltene Treppe hinauf in die erste und zweite Etage. Im Erdgeschoss finden Sie ein geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher, ein Esszimmer, einen separaten Leseraum und eine große Wohnküche, die mit allem Komfort ausgestattet ist. Im „Stadtgarten" mit Teich liegen eine große Terrasse sowie ein Parkplatz für maximal drei Autos. Die Schlafzimmer verteilen sich über den ersten und zweiten Stock. Das Haupt-Schlafzimmer ist sehr groß und über zwei Ebenen verteilt. Zu diesem Schlafzimmer gehört auch ein eigenes Badezimmer en Suite, in dem Sie Badewanne, Dusche, Waschbecken und Toilette vorfinden. Detached cottage Capitano has a mediterranean terrace garden and is situated along the edge of the dunes amidst the flower bulb fields. The cottage is suited for six and from here beach, sea and dunes are very easy to reach, as well as all interesting sites and cities in the area. Holiday home Capitano is situated in a small scale holiday village in the rural area north of Noordwijkerhout. The sea and beaches and most of all the vast dune area (most of it a nature reserve) are practically at your front door. You enter the house through the hall and will first encounter the livingroom, where there’s a comfortable sitting area around the fireplace. There is a large wooden dining table and in the modern open kitchen you will find everything you need. The side kitchen is on the ground floor as well. There are several folding doors allowing you to enter the patio garden and the terraces. There is an outdoor bar with a veranda terrace and you will find a shelterede place to enjoy the sun at any time of year. The outdoor shower might come in very handy when you return from the beach with the kids. The three bedrooms are on the first floor. Two of them have two single beds and the third one has a double bed. The bathroom has a bath and a separate shower. There is a lake where you can swim and even rent a rowing boat on short distance. In Spring you stay in the middle of the blooming flower bulb fields and there are lots of hiking and cycling in the area. Beach resort Noordwijk is near, as is the world famous Keukenhof flower exhibition (2014:March 22 – May 20). On May 3rd the impressive Flower Corso will travel from Noordwijk to Haarlem, a spectacular event! Historic cities like Leyden, Haarlem, The Hague and even Amsterdam can be reached within 30 minutes and are certainly worth a visit.
