Holiday home Strandhuis WS2 is a real family house and even suitable for two families. The owners have completely renovated the drive-in house in 2014. On the ground floor is a large garage where except for one car is enough space for bikes or beach toys. On the first floor is the cozy living area. Here is the living room with comfortable seating area and kitchen with a cozy eight-person dining table. Of course you dispose of all appliances and equipment in the modern kitchen. On the cozy lounge balcony you can enjoy your drinks in the sun. On the second floor are three bedrooms. The first one is equipped with a double bed, one has two single beds and the third bedroom has a bunk bed. In the modern bathroom is a practical walk-in shower. The last bedroom is yet another floor up and has a double bed and a cot. On this floor there is also a lovely play area for kids with plenty of toys. In the house you have a washing machine and dryer as well as wireless internet at your disposal. The garage has room for one car, for a second car you can buy a ticket at the owner for € 10 per day. The beach and the beautiful, redesigned promenade are within walking distance of house Strandhuis WS2. Here you find the typical beach chairs of Katwijk that you can rent per day, and there are many nice beach restaurants where you can eat a fish course or finish the day with a drink. The lively center is literally around the corner. Be amazed by the variety of shops and restaurants and make sure to visit the Katwijk Museum or the Space Expo in Noordwijk. Or combine your stay with a visit to the musical Soldier of Orange in the most unique theater in the Netherlands. Enjoy the numerous hiking and biking trails through the dunes or through the watery landscape around Kagerplassen. In the spring you must make a tour to the exuberant flowering bulb fields of the Bulb Region. The nearby cities of Leiden, The Hague, Haarlem and Amsterdam are easily accessible and certainly worth a visit.

‘Schelpenbank’ appartment is located in the Duinroos Residence on the beach front and gives you direct private access to the hotel and all that it offers. Another private exit gives direct access to the pavilion and beach. You can enjoy all sea views from a large balcony along the front of the appartment. The apartment is reached by a lift to the seventh floor from the foyer of Residence Duinroos. From the lift the apartment is reached via a carpeted hallway. Through the apartment hallway you reach the open plan kitchen – diner – livingroom which gives acces to the wide balcony as does the bedroom. Parking is easy and safe in the cellar garage. You’ll be able to get to the beach in robe and slippers, Noordwijk centre is five minutes away and the view is stunning!
