Free standing holiday villa for up to six persons, situated in the rural area just outside Ouddorp, only eight hundred meters away from the beach. Because of the furnishment and the green location this house is very much suited for families with children. Inside as well as around the house you have plenty of space to live and play. House Strandoase is in a very spaciously laid out holiday villa park just outside the lively town of Ouddorp (awarded as best beach resort of the Dutch coast). This part of the coast is known for its endless sand beaches and green hinterland. You can relax on the beach of course, but you can also enjoy all watersports on Grevelingen Lake, discover the former island of Goeree walking or cycling or, more spectacular, go kitesurfing or kayaking along the Brouwersdam. You can park your car in front of the house and you immediately become aware of the amount of space and privacy that’s at your disposal here. On the ground floor you have a spacious living room with a sitting area around the fireplace and a separate part where the large dining table is and where you have access to the garden by the folding doors. There’s a large cabinet full of books and games that you can use. The open kitchen is modern and has all equipment and appliances among which a American model fridge. The luxurious bathroom is downstairs too. Here you have a bath and a double walk-in rainshower. The three bedrooms are on the first floor. The master bedroom has a double bed and both other bedrooms have two single beds (one of which is a slide under bed). Around the house you will find everything you need for a pleasant stay. There’s comfortable lounge furniture on the terrace and an electrical terrace heater for the chilly nights. There are several possibilities to sit in the sun or in the shade, whatever you prefer, and lots of playing facilities for kids, even a tree house. There’s also a shed where you can park your bicycles dry and safe. The center of Ouddorp is about two kilometers away. Here you’ll find a variety of shops and restaurants. In the holiday village itself is a small supermarket, a tennis court and a playground. House Strandoase is the ideal starting point for your beach holiday, but also to discover the many-sided surroundings. Historical cities like Goedereede, Brielle, Hellevoetsluis or Zierikzee are certainly worth a visit, as are the world famous Delta Works and the Port of Rotterdam.

Port Nautique
The luxurious Port Nautique apartment is situated on the ground floor of a modern and exclusive complex on the Brouwersdam: the dike which separates the Grevelingenmeer lake from the North Sea. The beach and the sea are on the other side of the dike, and are within walking distance of the apartment! You enter on the lowest level of the apartment. Here you will find the entrance area and the large washing and storage space. Half a floor up you will find the spacious living room which is lovely and light thanks to its height and large windows. There is a comfortable seating area and a dining table seating six. The up-to-date open-plan kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences. From your terrace you can view the lively activities of the marina. Another half level up are the two bedrooms and the luxurious bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other bedroom has a bunk bed which is suitable for three children to sleep in. Both bedrooms have a west-facing balcony where you can enjoy the sunshine until the end of the day. The bathroom of Port Nautique is beautifully finished and has a double washbasin, a walk-in shower and a large bathtub. The surroundings are a paradise for water sports enthusiasts. You can hire a barge or a sailing boat and go out for a wonderful day sailing, or you can do some kite surfing from the North Sea beach. Port Nautique is extremely suitable for an active family who likes to spend time close to the water.
De Rozenhof
Let op bij beschikbaarheid en prijzen, selecteer weekend of lang weekend. Midweek, week of langer op aanvraag. Deze vrijstaande boerderij is een rijksmonument. Bij de renovatie heeft de eigenaar vele authentieke details terug laten komen in het interieur. Zo is de woonkamer in de voormalige stallen en vindt u op de begane grond en eerste etage nog een originele bedstede (alleen geschikt voor kinderen). De inrichting is verzorgd en comfortabel. Boerderij De Rozenhof ligt rustig aan de rivier de Linge, waar u vanaf de eerste etage op uit kijkt. Het water wordt alleen door de dijk van de boerderij gescheiden. De vakantiewoning beschikt ook over een grote tuin met terras en tuinmeubelen. U hebt een prachtig uitzicht over de landerijen achter de boerderij. Deze groepswoning is ideaal om met een grote familie of groep vrienden een gezellig verblijf te hebben. De omgeving biedt vele mogelijkheden om uitstapjes te maken. Het vakantiehuis ligt in Kedichem, circa 4 km ten zuidwesten van Leerdam. Leerdam staat bekend als dé glasstad van Nederland. U kunt hier verschillende glasmusea bezoeken en natuurlijk ook een poging wagen om zelf glas te blazen. U vindt hier ook leuke fietsroutes, u kunt kanoën op de Linge en voor een paar uurtjes winkelen in Leerdam of Gorinchem is ideaal. In deze accommodatie is roken niet toegestaan. One bedroom with a bunk bed. Two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. Separate toilet in the hallway. Garden and terrace with garden furniture. Free WiFi and parking for two cars. Option to book in advance: Combination microwave, washing machine, washer/dryer or child+ package. This does involve a preference surcharge.
