Duinrand is an apartment furnished in a modern way in the midst of the dunes. Duinrand has a perfect location less than a five-minute walk to the beach. The centre of the village of Nes, with its modern shopping and bustling entertainment district, can be reached by bicycle in less than three minutes. Here you will also find some history: admire the beautiful commander’s residences. A visit to the village of Hollum, with the well-known Ameland lighthouse, is also certainly worth a visit. The living room of the Duinrand apartment is furnished in a contemporary way and has a beautiful view out to the Ameland dunes. It is entirely on one floor and there are two bedrooms, one of which has French doors out to the balcony. This bedroom also has a flat-screen television. After a wonderful day at the beach or a daytrip on the island, you can prepare a delicious dinner in the comfortable kitchen. Finally, you will find a bathroom with a shower, bath and washbasin. The Duinrand apartment is an ideal holiday destination thanks to its – almost direct – location by the beach of Nes. The apartment is also an excellent base to discover the beautiful island of Ameland. At this holiday house it’s possible to rent bikes, the owner has a wide selection of bicycles.
