The villa is located in the prominent Statenkwartier, within walking distance from the many shops, the beach at Scheveningen and the harbour. There is a spacious garden at the front of the house and a deep garden at the rear, with all sorts of play possibilities for children, including a trampoline, a hockey/football field, swings, etc. The first bedroom with a lovely bathroom is located on the first floor, as is the indoor swimming pool. A staircase will take you to the spacious and light living room. The interior is both modern and minimalistic.The dining area is centred around the open fire. There is also a piano for lovers of music. The open kitchen is small, but equipped with all modern conveniences. There is a separate play/television corner for the children. The outdoor terrace borders the entire width of the living room and is the ideal place to sit and enjoy the evening sunshine.
