Are you looking for the ultimate peace and quiet? You are very likely to find that in the ‘t Friese Koetshuis holiday home in the Frisian village of Pingjum, close to Harlingen. The village is located just across the ‘Afsluitdijk’(closing dam) in the province of Friesland, between the Waddenzee and the IJsselmeer lake. This authentic holiday home is situated in a rural location in a former coach-house and is an oasis of peace and quiet. From the garden you have a wide and impressive view out over the farming fields where you will see grazing cows and sheep. You come to the ‘t Friese Koetshuis holiday home to get away from all the hustle and bustle. Here you will find plenty of comfort for a pleasant holiday. The living room has a seating area with a television, a dining area and a separate reading corner. There is a double sofa bed (should you want to come with one person extra). The living room is adjacent to the cosy open-plan kitchen. On the ground floor you will also find a bedroom and a comfortable bathroom. Via a solid wooden staircase you gain access to the first floor with a second bedroom. You can reach the lovely town of Harlingen in no time at all. From here you can easily take a day trip to the welcoming Waddeneilanden (Frisian Islands) of Terschelling and Vlieland. In Harlingen you will also find a large choice in shops and restaurants. The former fishing village of Makkum lies close to the ‘t Friese Koetshuis holiday home. A popular location for water(sport) enthusiasts. The rustic wooden beams, artistic lamps and its rural location turn the ‘t Friese Koetshuis into a unique holiday home.
