On entry you will be pleasantly surprised by the welcoming atmosphere of this holiday bungalow. The original tiled floor, the wooden beams and the striking open fire place in the living room make in ‘t Zand extremely suitable for a holiday with friends or family. In the morning you can prepare a delicious breakfast in the comfortable kitchen and sit at the long wooden dining table. In the evening -after you have enjoyed a wonderful day outside- you can light the fire and snuggle up in front of it. While the children are playing games, you can take the time and peace and quiet to catch up while enjoying a glass of wine in the seating area. In total there are four bedrooms, of which one is a child’s bedroom. Three bedrooms each have a wash basin. There are two bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub.

This is the perfect setting for water lovers. Cross the dike and you are on the banks of Lake IJsselmeer! And there is a marina nearby, so if you want to bring a boat with you, you can arrange a mooring. Next to your holiday home there is also a small jetty onto a waterway where you can go fishing and sailing. Your holiday home has a large living room with a view of the garden and the water. And if the weather is not that good you can enjoy the water in the covered swimming pool just around the corner. Or you might like to spend the day in Medemblik – the oldest town in West Friesland.

You will find an open kitchen and a lounge and dining room on the first floor, with a covered balcony on the harbour side. Ideal for enjoying the outside early on in the spring.
