This linked house is along the main country road leading to the village of Groet. There are some lovely restaurants and cafes within easy reach and you can walk through the dunes to the beach in half an hour. The private garden is perfect to sit in. The house has been nicely furnished. On the ground floor there is an attractive living room with a sitting area and an open fireplace, and a fully fitted dining kitchen. On the first floor there is a lovely open area comprising a bedroom and annexed, open bathroom. You can watch TV from the double bed while enjoying an open fire. There is also a Jacuzzi for two, a shower and a toilet and bidet. On the bedroom side there is a small bedroom with bunk beds. Considering the layout of this house we think it is suitable for maximum two adults and two children.

Dieses Doppelhaus befindet sich an der Hauptstraße von Groet. Nette Restaurants und Terrassen befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. 25 Gehminuten zum Strand. Im Garten ist eine nette Terrasse. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig eingeteilt. Im Erdgeschoss ist ein schönes Wohnzimmer mit Sitzecke und Kamin. Die Wohnküche ist luxuriös ausgestattet. Im ersten Stock ist ein großes Schlaf/Badezimmer. Die Schlafecke besteht aus einem Doppelbett mit Kamin und TV. An der anderen Seite des Raumes befindet sich ein Jacuzzi für zwei Personen, eine Dusche und Toilette. An der Schlafecke grenzt ein kleines Zimmer mit Etagenbett. Wegen der Einteilung sind wir der Meinung dass dieses Haus nicht für mehr als zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder geeignet ist.
Waterpark De Meerparel
Waterpark de MeerParel is een waterrijk vakantiepark op een fantastische locatie. Vanuit je accommodatie kun je eindeloze boottochten maken naar onder andere de grachten van kaasstad Alkmaar of het wereld erfgoed De Zaanse Schans. Per auto of openbaar vervoer zijn andere steden als Haarlem (ca. 21km.) en Amsterdam (ca. 30km.) ook zeer goed te bereiken. Het Uitgeestermeer, waar het park aan gelegen is, biedt veel op het gebied van watersport. Zo kun je verschillende soorten boten huren en lessen nemen. Ook tref je op het park een lunchroom waar je belegde broodjes kunt halen of broodjes voor ‘s ochtends bij het ontbijt. Je vindt hier ook een heerlijk terras waar je ook lekker kopje koffie kunt drinken. Op ca. 200m. van de MeerParel tref je het Zwaansmeer. Deze recreatieplas is zeer geschikt om bij warme temperaturen een verkoelende duik te nemen. Bij Restaurant ‘t Schippersrijk kun je onder het heerlijke eten nog even nagenieten van het prachtige uitzicht over het meer. Waterpark de MeerParel is uiterst geschikt als uitvalsbasis voor het maken van stedentrips, maar ook om de drukte van de steden juist te ontvluchten.

View @ the Mill is situated right by a beautiful park, on the edge of the historic town centre of Alkmaar. From the holiday home you are treated to a view of the well-known Molen van Piet (mill). Shops, restaurants and nice coffee bars are all nearby. It will only take you ten minutes’ walk to get to the station, where you can catch a train to, for example, Haarlem, Schagen, Hoorn or Amsterdam. At the station you can also hire bicycles and go and explore the beautiful surroundings, such as the beach of Egmond, the artist village of Bergen, or the wide beaches of Schoorl. A great tip: hire a small boat (around the corner) and sail on the canals through this beautiful Noord-Holland town centre. At the de Mient Ice salon you can use the bell to order an ice-cream while on your boat!
