This linked house is along the main country road leading to the village of Groet. There are some lovely restaurants and cafes within easy reach and you can walk through the dunes to the beach in half an hour. The private garden is perfect to sit in. The house has been nicely furnished. On the ground floor there is an attractive living room with a sitting area and an open fireplace, and a fully fitted dining kitchen. On the first floor there is a lovely open area comprising a bedroom and annexed, open bathroom. You can watch TV from the double bed while enjoying an open fire. There is also a Jacuzzi for two, a shower and a toilet and bidet. On the bedroom side there is a small bedroom with bunk beds. Considering the layout of this house we think it is suitable for maximum two adults and two children.

Luxus Appartement mit fantastischer Lage: direkt am Strand und mit panoramischer Aussicht aufs Meer. Der Tag fängt an mit einer Tasse Kaffee auf Ihrem Balkon oder auf der Terrasse von einer der vielen Strandpavilions. Das Wohnzimmer hat eine Sitzecke (mit Schlafcouch), eine Essecke und eine komfortabele Küche. Das Wohnzimmer grenzt am Balkon, wo auch ein Tisch und Stühle stehen. Das Schlafzimmer ist im zweiten Stock untergebracht, zu erreichen über eine Holztreppe im Wohnzimmer. Das Schlafzimmer hat niedrige Fenster damit man sogar im Bett eine tolle Aussicht auf Strand und Meer genießen kann. Das Badezimmer grenzt am Schlafzimmer und ist ausgestattet mit Dusche, Whirlpool und Sauna.

Attractive, detached holiday home, situated along a quiet road in the heart of Groet. You can walk straight into the beautiful forest and dune area from behind the house. The beach is just a thirty minute walk away. The design is a combination of modern and classic and the ground floor is split level. The renewed lounge area has a cosy open fire and you can reach the comfortabel kitchen via a step, which is equipped with all modern conveniences. The recently renovated bathroom has a shower. The house is not suitable for people with walking difficulties because of the many steps. There is a beautifully landscaped garden around the house and the various different terraces ensure you can enjoy the sunshine throughout the day.
Duindoorn
Duindoorn is een comfortabel vrijstaand vakantiehuis op loopafstand van het bos- en duingebied van het Noord-Hollandse Egmond aan den Hoef. In nog geen 10 minuten fietsen bereikt u het strand van Egmond aan Zee. In dit leuke dorp vindt u verschillende restaurants en winkels. Vakantiehuis Duindoorn heeft een ruime woonkamer met een zithoek met open haard en een eettafel. Aansluitend vindt u de comfortabele keuken en de bijkeuken.
