Vakantiehuis Lounge & Meer ligt in een kindvriendelijke woonwijk nabij een speeltuin en een indrukwekkende fontein! Doordat de villa op een hoek is gelegen heeft u alle nodige privacy. De lichte woonkamer is sfeervol ingericht met kleurrijke details als de vele kunstwerken aan de muur. De grote leef keuken is voorzien van alle nodige apparatuur en heeft een leuke bar met zitjes. De openslaande deuren bieden toegang naar de tuin met loungehoek, eettafel en trampoline! Op de eerste verdieping zijn de drie ruime slaapkamers gelegen met ieder een tweepersoonsbed. De badkamer is voorzien van een heerlijke whirlpool, douchehoek en twee wastafels. Sportievelingen komen ook absoluut aan hun trekken in deze villa! Op de tweede verdieping is een tafeltennistafel aanwezig, waar tevens ook de toegang is naar het dakterras. Verder is er ook nog een fitnessapparaat en een box zak! Gooi een hengeltje uit in het meertje achter het huis of vaar een rondje in je eigen roeibootje! Voor diegene die liever een dagje strand pakken, zijn er ook genoeg mogelijkheden. The house is very suitable for families up to 6 people, who want to enjoy an ideal location between town and beach with all amenities within reach. House Somerstaete is a typical town house dating from the early twentieth century and extensively renovated by the current owners while maintaining detail and equipped with modern comforts. On the ground floor is a spacious living room suite with original sliding doors. The seating area is a modern lounge area with smart TV (including Netflix, HBO, etc.) and in the back room is the dining table that seats up to eight people and a gas fireplace. The open kitchen is equipped with all appliances and a breakfast bar for three people. On the first floor is the master bedroom with a large double bed and the first bathroom which has a bath, shower and floor heating. The children’s playroom has a comfy couch, plenty of toys and a TV with DVD player.
