Cosy Alkmaar
In one of the oldest parts of the characteristic centre of Alkmaar you will find a holiday home with a story… This special building originates from 1550 and stands as a symbol for victory. With the Waagplein square (where on every Friday from April – September there is a cheese market) just around the corner and plenty of nice shops, restaurants and pavement cafes within arm’s length, this is a wonderful spot. Enter the large kitchen diner on the ground floor. A modern kitchen in an authentic space: indeed a special combination! Now the choice is yours: go to the first floor via the original wooden, somewhat wobbly, staircase or opt for the new modern staircase! On the first floor of Cosy Alkmaar there is a bedroom with a double bed and a television as well as a space with a wash basin, plus two separate toilets. There is also a shower on this floor. On the second floor you will find the welcoming living room with a seating area, a television, a dining table seating six and a washbasin. One of the sofas can be used as a sofa bed. Via a characteristic wooden staircase you can reach the romantic bedroom on the top floor. This space also comes with a washbasin. The holiday home is situated lively, you are surrounded by nice restaurants, enjoy the nightlife! ‘Atmosphere, atmosphere and more atmosphere: wooden beams, cute small windows, cosy nooks and crannies and plenty of original elements. All of this is combined with modern design, such as glass partitions. If you like this and if you don’t mind having to lower your head every now and then, to watch out whilst walking up stairs and you find tilting floors ‘ charming’, then I am sure you will enjoy yourself here. View @ the Mill is situated right by a beautiful park, on the edge of the historic town centre of Alkmaar. From the holiday home you are treated to a view of the well-known Molen van Piet (mill). Shops, restaurants and nice coffee bars are all nearby. It will only take you ten minutes’ walk to get to the station, where you can catch a train to, for example, Haarlem, Schagen, Hoorn or Amsterdam. At the station you can also hire bicycles and go and explore the beautiful surroundings, such as the beach of Egmond, the artist village of Bergen, or the wide beaches of Schoorl. A great tip: hire a small boat (around the corner) and sail on the canals through this beautiful Noord-Holland town centre. At the de Mient Ice salon you can use the bell to order an ice-cream while on your boat!
Appartement Type 3b
Appartement Type 3b bevindt zich op de 2e etage en is bereikbaar per lift. Voorzien van open keuken, 2 ruime slaapkamers beide voorzien van een 2-persoonsbed en tv, badkamer met bad en douche. Een slaapkamer ligt een verdieping hoger, bereikbaar met trap. Enkele appartementen hebben een extra douche bij de slaapkamer.
Oleander
Sfeervolle vrijstaande karakteristieke villa, gelegen aan een doodlopend pleintje midden in het gezellige centrum van Bergen. Echt een ideaal huis voor gezinnen vanwege het speelgoed en de heerlijke tuin met speeltoestellen, waaronder een trampoline en een speelhuisje. Op de begane grond is een ruime living met meerdere zithoeken, in een andere ruimte kunt u heerlijk (na) tafelen aan de riante eettafel. De inrichting is romantisch en landelijk. Voor de frissere avonden is er een open haard. De keuken is voorzien van alle moderne comfort, ook kunt u hier tafelen. Op de verdieping zijn drie slaapkamers waaronder twee kinderkamers waarvan één een echte prinsessenkamer is . De ouderslaapkamer is riant. De luxe badkamer heeft een sfeervol ligbad op pootjes. Naast het huis is een fijne tuin met een heerlijk terras en leuke speelmogelijkheden voor kinderen. Een heerlijk vakantiehuis vanwaar u Bergen prima te voet kunt ontdekken.
