This detached holiday home is situated in the middle of woodland and in the grounds of the owner’s house. De Groene Specht has its own entrance and plenty of privacy. From the holiday home you can take beautiful walking or cycling trips along the coast of the province of Noord-Holland. The towns of Alkmaar and Schagen are also within easy reach. The holiday home is suitable for 4 people. The de Groene Specht holiday home has a spacious living room with French doors and a lovely seating area. From here you have a view to the south-facing garden with terrace. The basic, open-plan kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences. Via the somewhat steep staircase you reach the first floor with two bedrooms, each with two luxurious box-spring beds and beautiful large built-in wardrobes. The luxurious bathroom with rain shower is on the ground floor. As there is a small stream at the rear of the holiday home we feel that de Groene Specht is not suitable for children younger than 5 years old.

De Grutto 6p

This detached holiday home, built in 2012, is situated in a fantastic location on the former island of Wieringen, close to the Robbenoordbos woodland and vast meadows. On entering the ground floor of the Grutto holiday home you will find a utility room and a large cupboard to store all your belongings. You can practise your cooking skills in the modern kitchen after which you can enjoy your dinner in the dining room, which opens out into the living room. The spacious and light living room has a large seating area which is a lovely place in which to play board games or enjoy one of the many channels on the interactive television. On a summer’s day you can open the double doors leading to the fenced-in garden which can be locked. On the first floor of the Grutto holiday home there are two bedrooms with four separate single box-spring beds. You can of course put these together to make two double beds. Between the bedrooms you will find a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate shower. There is also a second toilet on this floor. The other two sleeping spaces are in the living room (a sofa bed). If you fancy visiting a nice market, a festival, an exhibition or other event during your holiday this is all within easy reach from the Grutto holiday home. It is also possible to take a boat trip on the Wadden sea from Den Oever, to spot seals, or to enjoy a walk on the mudflats or a day at the beach and some water sports activities.

De Hulst

de Kleine Nachtegaal

The Kleine Nachtegaal is situated on the edge of the Schoorlse bos woodland. The holiday home, suitable for 2 people, has an ideal location to take cycling and walking trips along the coast of the province of Noord-Holland. It will only take you a fifteen minute cycle ride to reach the beach. You will find the Kleine Nachtegaal within the grounds of the owner’s property, and you will have all the privacy you need. The terrace is south-facing. Within the same grounds lies the De Groene Specht holiday home (sleeping 4 ) which you can rent in combination with the Kleine Nachtegaal. The interior of the holiday home Kleine Nachtegaal is stylish and modern. The living room is compact and the open-plan kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences. Both the bathroom and the washing machine are on the ground floor. Via the steep staircase you reach the first floor of the holiday home where you will find a recess area with a lovely box-spring bed.

De Krukel

This detached holiday house is situated in the centre of the lively village Burgh Haamstede. In a five minutes walk you are in the dunes area "De Zeepeduinen" and in a quarter of an hour by bike at the beach of Westenschouwen. In the morning you can buy fresh rolls and "Zeeuwse Bolussen" (sugar pastry) at the bakery around the corner. In Burgh Haamstede you find several nice restaurants, street-cafés and shops. The house has a spacious garden at the front side, which can be closed to the road by a garden-gate and also a sunny, beautiful garden at the backside, with a big terrace and the view upon lots of green. Via the garden at the backside you reach the modern, with all comfort equipped kitchen, after that you come via a small hall into the living room. At the front side is the lounge, at the backside the dining-corner and a seat. On the ground-floor is the modern bathroom with a shower and wash-basin and one single bedroom. Via the steps in the spacious floor you reach the first floor, there are three bedrooms. This house is very qualified for families with kids. We think it is suitable and convenient for a maximum of 4 adults and two children.

De Lemmer 13

A lovely holiday home situated along the water’s edge within a small scale marine park in the well known and cosy fishing village of Lemmer, just a 20 minute drive from Sneek. You can sail onto the Friesian lakes and the Ijsselmeer right from your very own landing stage. So an ideal spot for sailing and water sports enthusiasts! If you are more of a beach lover, then you will certainly be able to enjoy yourself at the Ijsselmeer beach (approximately 1 km away). There is plenty of space for flying kites on the dike and cyclists can make some wonderful trips through the Gaasterland forests. De Lemmer 13 has been comfortably furnished for 4 people. The living room and open kitchen offer beautiful views across the water. The home is equipped with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, all situated on ground floor. The marina park is located in the heart of the dynamic recreational area, which covers no less than three natural and culture rich provinces: Friesland, Flevoland and Overijssel. The water along which the holiday homes are located are openly connected to all these fantastic water sports areas. Don’t you have your own boat? Then you can simply hire a sloop, tour or fishing boat via the park, which can be moored up at your holiday home. The park also boasts its own restaurant called De Eerste Aanleg, which is once again situated directly at the water’s edge. This isn’t just a great place for a delicious meal or refreshing drink in the pub, it’s also the perfect solution for any forgotten shopping. We can offer several houses within this park. De Pastorie

The authentic nineteenth-century De Pastorie is located in the rural village of Oostwoud. This holiday home, sleeping ten, has a steam shower, a sauna space and welcoming woodstoves. The spacious rear garden lies next to a waterway connecting to rivers and canals and is completely fenced off, so that children can play here to their heart’s content. You enter De Pastorie via the long hallway with original ceiling features. The holiday home has two sitting rooms. On the right hand side you will find the television room with a woodstove where children can curl up together and enjoy themselves. On the left is the living room, also with a welcoming woodstove. Adjacent to the living room there is a conservatory, which is a great place to read a book. The kitchen diner is next to the garden and is equipped with all modern conveniences. There are various seating areas and an outdoor fireplace in the spacious garden, so that you will always be able to find a sheltered space to relax. In De Pastorie there is also a separate sauna space and a steam shower to help you unwind totally. On the first floor of the holiday home are four bedrooms and the bathroom with a bathtub and a separate shower. From some of the bedrooms and the roof terrace you have a wide view over the pastures and meadows. On the second floor is a spacious attic with sleeping space for two people and possibly for a baby. With the motor boat, offering space for six people, you can go for a sailing trip through the pastures and meadows in the direction of the Egboetswater nature reserve (which can also be reached on foot) and the Vlietlandenmeer lake. You can even get to Medemblik and the IJsselmeer lake. The welcoming small harbour town of Medemblik and the IJsselmeer are only a ten minute drive away. During your stay you can also pay a visit to lively shopping towns such as Hoorn, Enkhuizen, and the cheese-making town Alkmaar, with picturesque squares and pavement cafes. In the village of Oostwoud itself there is a sauna and "wellness" complex with a beauty salon, only a three minute walk from De Pastorie. At the end of the street you will find an outdoor swimming pool. At the IJsselmeer lake you will find, among other things, a nice playground, a children’s farm (where children can pet small animals), mini-golf, an indoor swimming pool and a golf course (18 holes).

De Plashoeve

The De Plashoeve holiday home is situated in a quiet street, only four hundred metres from the beach of Callantsoog and two hundred metres from the shops and restaurants. The De Plashoeve has a nice garden, with various terraces and grass, which is great for the children to play in. The holiday home is entirely on ground level. There is a spacious living room with a long wooden dining table, a seating area where you can watch television together and a comfortable kitchen. In total there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.

De Raad van Katwijk

Living in style… that is what is brought to mind in this welcoming, monumental property in Katwijk. The De Raad van Katwijk holiday home was built as a mansion and at a later stage it served as the town hall. What is particularly striking about it is the beautiful façade at the front. By car, you are more than 10 minutes in Leiden. You enter into the spacious hall with marble floor. From here a wonderful, original winding staircase leads you to the first and the second floor. On the ground floor you will find a living room with a television, furnished very tastefully, a dining room and a separate reading room, as well as a spacious kitchen diner which is equipped with all modern conveniences. The garden has a pond and a large terrace and parking space for a maximum of 3 cars. The bedrooms are divided over the first and second floor. The master bedroom is very big and on a split level. This bedroom also has its own ensuite bathroom, with a bathtub, a washbasin and toilet. On the first floor you will find a second bathroom with a shower, a washbasin and a toilet. From here it is only a 30 minute walk to the beach and to the centre of the family seaside resort (or 10 minutes by bicycle). You will find the shops in the same street as your holiday home. Because of the presence of the pond this holiday home is unsuitable for small children

De Sande

A cute free standing holiday home by the dunes and only 400 meter away from the beach. The perfect place for the real beach lover. You can do your shopping within 500 meters. For even more fun you can visit Callantsoog. The centre is on a 3 km distance and it has great shopping opportunities, restaurants and terraces. The house is entirely ground floor. There is a living room with sitting area and open kitchen. There is 1 bedroom and a bathroom with shower. You can combine this house with ‘Dubbel Duin’(for 6 persons). This house lies directly next this accommodation but the privacy remains because of the fenced off garden

De Strandvogel

This luxury, detached bungalow is in a quiet area on the outskirts of Julianadorp. You can walk to the beach (10 minutes). Your bungalow has a beautiful garden with a sheltered patio and a large lawn. Children will love to play here and there is a swing for them. Please watch small children as there is an open pond at the back of the garden. The bungalow has been tastefully furnished and has all modern conveniences. The living room has a lovely sitting area with an open fireplace and a dining area for six people. The kitchen is half open. There are three bedrooms: one has a double bed and two have single beds with extra folding beds under the single beds. The bathroom has a bath. The owners have made two bikes available for you to use.

De Vier Jaargetijden

The detached De Vier Jaargetijden holiday home offers a beautiful view across fields and in the far distance to the Schoorlse Duinen dune area. The house is situated on the edge of the Noord-Holland village of Burgerbrug and is suitable for 12 people. By bicycle it will only take you 20 minutes to reach the beach of Petten and also to get to the local supermarket. There is free parking at the holiday home. The living room comes with a beautiful conservatory with a large table and a sliding door to the terrace. Adjacent you will find a completely equipped open-plan kitchen which is even adjustable in height, which makes it also suitable for disabled people. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with box-spring beds and a bunk bed. The bathroom on this floor is basic and suitable for disabled people. On the first floor of the holiday home there is a spacious bathroom with a shower and yet another two bedrooms. De Zeetuin

This peacefully situated holiday home lies within walking distance of the broad sandy beach of Julianadorp aan zee. The Zeetuin holiday home has a spacious, sheltered and sunny garden which is a great place to relax in the inviting loungers. In the cosily furnished living room of Zeetuin you will find a comfortable seating area with flat screen television and a spacious dining table with a corner bench which is great for everybody to just join in at. Doldersummer

The Doldersummer holiday home is situated in a small-scale peaceful holiday park, in an afforested area by the edge of the Drents-Friese Wold nature reserve. In the near vicinity of the village of Doldersum you will find the villages of Diever, Dwingeloo and Vledder. This is an ideal place if you are looking for peace and quiet, space and nature. Via the hallway of the holiday home you gain access to the modern open-plan kitchen of Doldersummer. Adjacent you will find the spacious and light living room with woodstove. Donja is a welcoming detached holiday home situated a stone’s throw away from the Bergerbos woodland and within walking distance from the lively centre of Bergen. Within a twenty minute bicycle ride you will reach the beach. The furnishing is very tidy and throughout the house you will recognise the creative nature of the owner, she is an artist. On the ground floor you will find the welcoming living room with woodstove. The kitchen diner is luxuriously equipped and has an open fireplace beside the dining table. From the kitchen you gain access to the sunny terrace. On the first floor are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a lovely bathtub on legs. Donna Mila

At the edge of the dunes just north of Noordwijk lies holiday home Donna Mila. This very comfortable and stylishly furnished house is suited for up to four persons. The detached house is on a small scale park from where you can walk right through the dunes to the beach. Holiday house Donna Mila has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. There is a bright living room on the ground floor, with a sitting area around the gas-operated fireplace. The modern open kitchen is fit with all appliances and gear, among which a quooker for instant boiling water. Through the double folding doors you have access to the secluded garden. There are two terraces where you can enjoy the sun and a lawn for the children to play on or just lay around and relax. All beds are on the first floor. this is an open attic with hardly any walls and no doors, but the two sleeping areas are separated visually. There is a big walk-in closet and the luxurious modern bathroom has a rain shower. The beach and the sea are about one kilometer away and the dunes are practically in front of your doorstep. Here you have extensive walking and cycling possibilities, but the varied back country is worth your while as well, with interesting cities like Haarlem, Leiden, Amsterdam and The Hague all within 30 minutes driving distance. And when you are looking for fun on the beach Noordwijk will certainly please you, with its boulevard, beach restaurants and nice shopping area.

Duingroet

Attractive, detached holiday home, situated along a quiet road in the heart of Groet. You can walk straight into the beautiful forest and dune area from behind the house. The beach is just a thirty minute walk away. The design is a combination of modern and classic and the ground floor is split level. The renewed lounge area has a cosy open fire and you can reach the comfortabel kitchen via a step, which is equipped with all modern conveniences. The recently renovated bathroom has a shower. The house is not suitable for people with walking difficulties because of the many steps. There is a beautifully landscaped garden around the house and the various different terraces ensure you can enjoy the sunshine throughout the day.

Duinuil

This detached house is located just outside the centre. You can enjoy fantastic views of the dunes. Just 200 meters from the beach. There is a sheltered terrace behind the house. Ideal for beach lovers! The house along the main road has an attractive living room with a lounge and dining area and a half open kitchen. The large windows offer a lovely view of the dunes.
