Spacious and sunny terraced home, situated in a quiet and child-friendly new housing estate. You can walk to the centre, the beach and the station in less than 5 minutes. You can reach Amsterdam in 20 minutes and Haarlem in just 10 minutes! A beautiful and light property, as the sunny back garden with garden furniture is south facing. 3 minutes away from your house can rent bikes to explore the beautiful surroundings. A tropical swimming pool, crazy golf and bowling alleys can also be found nearby. The owner of this house is a stylist and this is certainly evident from the very tasteful details. The large L-shaped living room has a spacious lounge area and boasts doors which open up to the sunny south facing garden with some beautiful decking. An open kitchen with a large dining area completes the comfort. There are three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and bath on the first floor.

Heide&Meer

Holiday home Heide & Meer is located in Huizen, ‘t Gooi, the Netherlands. In the immediate surroundings there is an abundance of cycling and walking routes, both in the woods and over the fields. A boat tour across the lake Gooimeer makes for a nice outing too. Heide & Meer has a sunny garden with several seating area’s, a porch, table tennis, and a trampoline. Heide & Meer is suitable for up to 8 guests.

Helmgras I

A cosy house situated behind the dunes, within walking distance from the beach, in the beautiful Egmond aan Zee. Ideal as a starting point to enjoy some fantastic walks or bike rides. This simple, but pleasant and well looked after house can be found at just 100 meters from the beach, directly behind the dunes in the lovely Egmond aan Zee, with its many attractive restaurants and terraces. The house is small, but homey and comfortably furnished. The house is perfect for real beach lovers. The house boasts a cosy lounge with a flat screen TV and an open kitchen.

Herenhuys Middelburg

Holiday House Herenhuys Middelburg is a beautiful Gracht (Channel) house, furnished cosy and tasteful, with a nice city garden and situated in an ideal area, just a little walk away form the centre of the historical city of Middelburg. You reach the beach of Dishoek or Vlissingen in twenty minutes by car. This house has a pretty backyard garden. Via the living room you reach the garden doors, the hanging plank terrace and via steps the lower situated garden, where you find sheltered seats. The comfortable furnished living room has a view on the channel. There is a sitting corner with a wood-burning stove, a dining table for six people and a half-open kitchen with several modern kitchen utensils. There are two bedrooms on the first floor and a modern bathroom, via steep stairs you’ll reach the attics, where you can sleep under wooden roof-trees. Here you’ll find another double room. Het Halve Maantje

Het Halve Maantje is a spacious and modern holiday home within walking distance of the centre of Bloemendaal. It is only a 20 minute cycle ride to the beach of Bloemendaal aan Zee. Het Halve Maantje is in a peaceful location and is a great base for various day trips. The holiday home has a spacious living room with a welcoming seating area. In addition there is a large dining table. The semi open-plan kitchen is up-to-date and comes with all modern conveniences; for example, there is a Borretti gas oven. On the first floor of Het Halve Maantje are the bedroom and the bathroom with bathtub. Both from the kitchen and the dining area you have access to the large garden with seating area. Bloemendaal has a small centre and a unique open-air theatre; here you can enjoy the most beautiful concerts in the open air. Cycling through the Zuid-Kennemerland national park you will soon reach the well-known beach of Bloemendaal. Here you will find many welcoming beach pavilions where you can enjoy the sunset till the late evening hours.

Het Karreveld

This nice holiday home is situated in the polder between Brouwershaven and Zonnemaire directly at the Lake of "Grevelingen" very near to a little beach, on the verge of a campground. The Northsea beach is at a distance of six kilometres. You can use the facilities of the campground such as playgrounds, trampoline etc. The house has a private closed backyard wich looks out on the polder landscape. The house has a cosy livingroom, a kitchen-cum-living room with all modern appliances. You will find a modern bathroom on the groundfloor and three bedrooms on the first floor. This house is very suiteable for families with childeren who love rest, nature, and playing-space. Important Information: To guarantee the quality of our holiday homes we have decided to decline groups of younger people, bachelor parties etc. The owner only allows families.

Het Ruitje

Holiday Het Ruitje is a cozy and comfortable family home, within short distance from the dunes, forest and beach, in the center of Noordwijk. From here you can walk in five minutes to the beach and the boulevard. The house is suitable for a family with two small children. The shopping street is just around the corner and the shops are open on Sundays!

Het Tuinhuis

Peaceful romantic summerhouse for 2 people. Located just outside the village at a small country road. Whilst sitting in a garden chair, one enjoys a good view of the beautiful flowergarden. The owner of the house has shown, on several occasions, her lovely flowergarden in gardening magazines. The summerhouse offers a livingroom with a settee, a double bed which is seperated from the living by a closet, an open kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Het van Herwijnenhuis

The Van Herwijnenhuis lies a stone´s throw away from the beach of Bergen aan Zee. You can enjoy a delicious lunch or dinner at one of the trendy beach pavilions. By bicycle you can reach the artists’ village of Bergen within fifteen minutes. Nearby towns such as Alkmaar and Schagen are certainly also worth a visit. The Van Herwijnenhuis is a spacious split-level house. This holiday home takes its name from the beautiful paintings in the house. From the entrance you go up a few steps and walk straight into the spacious living room with open fireplace. A few more steps up you gain access to the welcoming kitchen diner. Up another floor are the two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower corner. The third bedroom is in the basement. The access to this bedroom is low, and because of that we feel that this bedroom is more suitable for two children. Here you will also find some fitness equipment which you may use. Home Sweet Home

You will immediately feel comfortable in Home Sweet Home! The owner has a passion for furnishing/decoration and you will notice this in the house! Your holiday home is situated in a peaceful street, only a ten-minute walk from a beach by the IJmeer lake. It is ideal for water sports enthusiasts and if you fancy a drink you are welcome in the nice beach bar. In the centre of Muiderberg you will find various welcoming restaurants. By car it will only take you 30 minutes to reach the heart of Amsterdam. Right in front of Home Sweet Home there is a small green meadow with a table-tennis table (bats are available). The front and rear garden are great for relaxing in the sunshine. The ground floor consists of a welcoming living room with an open fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences. The bedrooms are on the first floor. On the second floor you will find a nice reading/chilling out corner.

Houtsnip

This cosy semi-detached house is located at a distance of 500 metres of the centre. The surrounding garden offers enough privacy and has several places to sit down. Interior: Ground floor: The sitting area in the living has a TV, a dvd player and a fire place. A nice piano is available for people who enjoy playing it. Whilst sitting at the dining table you have a nice view over the garden. The special designed kitchen creates a wonderful place to cook extensively. First floor: On this floor you will find two bedrooms and the bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed and in the other bedroom is a bunk bed. The bathroom has a bath and a shower.

Il Gallo

House Il Gallo is a spacious family home for seven to eight persons at short distance from the dunes and beaches. You can walk to the sea, and all facilities of The Hague and Scheveningen are very easy to reach as well. On the ground floor of this stylish holiday home you have a bright living room with a sitting area around the (gas operated) fireplace and a game computer for the fanatics. In the back of the living is the large dining table for eight and folding doors to the garden. The modern kitchen has all modern appliances and equipment, among which an espresso machine. From here you have access to the garden too. Three of the bedrooms are on the first floor. The first room has a double bed and the second one has a high-sleeper (kid-size, one extra matress available). The third room has a single beds. The backroom has a balcony. The bathroom is modern and has a bath and shower and comfortable floor heating. There are two bedrooms on the second floor. One has a double bed, the other one a single bed, and there’s a second bathroom here, with a shower. Wireless internet is available, as is a child’s cot. The sunny garden is fit for children as well. There’s a small playing house with a swing, but of course you can enjoy the comfortable garden furniture and sunny terrace as well. There are a lot of toys available. There are some shops nearby for your groceries and a few playgrounds and the dunes are literally around the corner of house Il Gallo. By bicycle, car or public transport beach resort Scheveningen is easy to reach, as is the many sided city center of The Hague.

Irma

Nice two under one roof house, lying in an old avenue of Bergen. On walking distance of the Berger forest and the cosy centre of Bergen, the beach is at twenty minutes by bicycle. Interior: Ground floor: The living room is colourful furnished and bounds directly to the simple open kitchen. First floor: On this floor are two bedrooms and a fine bathroom with bathtub. Behind the house lies a sunny fenced garden with a lovely terrace.

Kaat

Charming little house Kaat is hidden in a silent courtyard near the centre of The Hague. The house is equipped for two persons and although you stay near all facilities, in the courtyard you enjoy a contemplative quietness. Shops and restaurants are around the corner and the beach and sea are always near. The ground floor of house Kaat is one spacious dining-kitchen. There is a nice dining table and the open kitchen is not big, but fully equipped. The loft-like room on the first floor is a double bedroom and living room as well. Enjoy the design furniture and the many design objects you find all around the house, lovingly collected by the owner to create a special atmosphere. Of course you dispose of wireless internet here. In front of the house is a sunny terace where you can breathe the silence of the 19th century courtyard. The heart of the city is litterally around the corner. Here you can shop, eat and drink and maybe visit one of the many museums of theatres. Public transport or a bicycle takes you to the beach of Scheveningen within 15 minutes.

Klein Marietje

This delightful little cottage is situated on the edge of the village, near the forest and within walking and cycling distance of Bergen aan Zee. (It takes 10 minutes to walk into the town centre.) The cottage is situated at the back of the owner’s property in an exceptionally large garden surrounded by beautiful mature trees. You have complete privacy, your own veranda and an impressively large lawn that covers an area of 500 m2. This is a wonderfully quiet spot for two. The cottage is not very big, but it is wonderfully cosy. You enter the living room with its kitchen annex via the veranda. The living room leads to a double bedroom with a small en-suite bathroom with swing doors. Comfortably installed on the veranda with a good book to hand, enjoying the sunshine, listening to the birds and watching the cats playing around in the garden, you will be absolutely in your element!

Klein Starrenburg

Klein Starrenburg is a picturesque, detached holiday home in the village of Bakkum. Only 3 kilometres from this romantic holiday home you will find the beach of Castricum aan Zee. You can reach the beach via enchanting walking and cycling routes. Klein Starrenburg has a cosy living room with a seating area for four people and a basic open-plan kitchen. Via steep stairs you reach the bedroom with a double bed and the open-plan bathroom with a sunken bathtub and a shower. Via the back door of the holiday home you gain access to the covered terrace where you can enjoy a wide view. Klein Starrenburg is situated in the midst of peaceful meadows and in the grounds of the owner’s house. Because it is a large plot of land you will have sufficient privacy. From Klein Starrenburg it is only a short walk or cycle ride to get to the dunes and woodland area of Castricum. In the centre of Castricum you will find various shops, good restaurants and a small cinema. If you are looking for a nice holiday home in an area with natural beauty and many different things to do, then Klein Starrenburg is an excellent choice!

Kleur@Home

Kleur@Home is a trendy, very comfortable and characteristic house in the village of Overveen. By bicycle it will only take you twenty minutes to get to the beach of Bloemendaal. In less than ten minutes you will be in the lively centre of the city of Haarlem. The Kleur@Home holiday home is ideal for a family with children: the children’s bedrooms come will all modern comforts and there are plenty of toys to play with. Your holiday home is situated on the through road that leads to Bloemendaal and Zandvoort. At the rear, there is a fenced off garden with a lounge area and a built-in barbecue, as well as a terrace with a large table and chairs, plus a trampoline for the kids. The owner is a stylist/fashion designer. This becomes evident from the colourful, daring furnishings. The old elements of the house, such as high ceilings and sliding doors are combined in a contemporary manner with trendy shapes and materials. On the ground floor you will find a welcoming living room, which includes a seating area, a dining area, and a lounge/television corner at the rear. The kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences. On the first floor you will find a master bedroom with a double bed and adjacent bathroom consisting of a bath, shower and toilet. The nursery, with a baby bedstead, is also on this floor. The children’s room with a junior bed and a single bed is on the second floor, as well as a bedroom with two single beds and the second bathroom with shower. This floor also has a separate toilet.
