Holiday House Herenhuys Middelburg is a beautiful Gracht (Channel) house, furnished cosy and tasteful, with a nice city garden and situated in an ideal area, just a little walk away form the centre of the historical city of Middelburg. You reach the beach of Dishoek or Vlissingen in twenty minutes by car. This house has a pretty backyard garden. Via the living room you reach the garden doors, the hanging plank terrace and via steps the lower situated garden, where you find sheltered seats. The comfortable furnished living room has a view on the channel. There is a sitting corner with a wood-burning stove, a dining table for six people and a half-open kitchen with several modern kitchen utensils. There are two bedrooms on the first floor and a modern bathroom, via steep stairs you’ll reach the attics, where you can sleep under wooden roof-trees. Here you’ll find another double room. This detached family house is situated in a nice, green area, near to the beautiful forest- and dune area of Oostkapelle. In a quarter of an hour you can walk to the beach. By bike you are in five minutes in the centre and by car in twenty minutes in Middelburg or Vlissingen. Domburg and the golf course are ten minutes away, by car. Around the house is a nice garden with much space for the kids to play. This house consists of five different apartments, which can be reached via the central hall, for that reason this is an ideal group-accommodation. The apartment on the ground-floor has a living room with a lounge and adjoined to that a winter-garden which is a cozy room to relax, when the sun is shining, although it is not heated. The separate dining room has space for fourteen persons and in the nice breakfast-kitchen is a dining-table for the kids. The kitchen is modern and equipped with all utensils. There are two double rooms in this apartment and two bathrooms with a shower. The spacious garden can be reached via the winter-garden and the dining-room. There is enough space to eat outside together, there are several terraces and a playground and a climbing pole for the little kids. On the ground-floor is an apartment for two persons with a bedroom and on the first floor are three apartments for four persons with two bedrooms. All dispose of a lounge with a TV and DVD- player, a private, modern kitchen and a bathroom with shower and WC. In short, you can spend a nice time here with the whole family and yet everyone lives in the privacy of one’s home. The house is suitable for max. 14 adults and 4 children!

Sie betreten das Haus über den Wohn-/Schlafbereich, in dem ein großes Doppelbett steht. In diesem Raum befindet sich auch der Küchenbereich mit Kühlschrank und zwei Kochplatten. Zudem gibt es eine kleine Dusche mit Toilette.
