This authentic ‘Zeeuwse’(Zeeland) house is situated quietly, in the middle of the picturesque and lively village Groede. The house has a spacious garden at the backside with a trampoline and you are on the beach in a quarter of an hour by bike. In Groede you can buy fresh bread in the morning, there are several shops, a supermarket and also a number of really good restaurants. From there you can nicely bike along the shore and visit beautiful places like Sluis, Brügge and Cadzand, or to ferry over from Breskens to Vlissingen by the persons/bike ferry. Via the hall of the house you get into the cozy living room and adjoined to that in the parlor-kitchen with a comfortable dining-corner. From here you can directly get into the garden on the backside, via the backdoor to the garden. The garden is totally closed, has a sunny terrace and there is a trampoline, in short you can wonderful relax, while your kids are playing. On the ground-floor is the bathroom with a spacious shower, twin wash-basin and W.C., on the first floor are three bedrooms. We think this house is suitable for one family!

View @ the Mill is situated right by a beautiful park, on the edge of the historic town centre of Alkmaar. From the holiday home you are treated to a view of the well-known Molen van Piet (mill). Shops, restaurants and nice coffee bars are all nearby. It will only take you ten minutes’ walk to get to the station, where you can catch a train to, for example, Haarlem, Schagen, Hoorn or Amsterdam. At the station you can also hire bicycles and go and explore the beautiful surroundings, such as the beach of Egmond, the artist village of Bergen, or the wide beaches of Schoorl. A great tip: hire a small boat (around the corner) and sail on the canals through this beautiful Noord-Holland town centre. At the de Mient Ice salon you can use the bell to order an ice-cream while on your boat!

Villa Oranjepark

Villa Oranjepark is situated on the outskirts of the lovely city of Alkmaar. This accommodation is perfectly suitable for 6 persons. The forest, the broad variety of shops and the beach that is located nearby, are all the ingredients for a wonderful holiday experience! The interesting layout and design of Villa Oranjepark, make this an unique accommodation. Its luminosity, the different levels and its warm interior create a cozy and warm atmosphere. The nice kitchen is fully equipped and offers a view of both the living room as the dining area. Through the double doors you can reach and enjoy the garden. The upper living room offers two seating areas with a cozy fireplace and a flat screen TV in it. The first bathroom is located at the same floor and offers a shower and a toilet. All of the four bedrooms are located at the top floor. Two bedrooms have double beds and the third bedroom has a queen size bed (1.20m). The last bedroom has a double sofa bed of good quality. The two additional bathrooms are also located on this floor. Enjoy the different spots the garden has to offer; the terrace, the lounge area or at the outdoor fireplace. Vrijzicht

This is a well cared for holiday home on a property surrounded by meadows in Heiloo. Egmond beach is only half an hour’s bike ride away and you can walk to the old centre of Heiloo in 15 minutes where there are many restaurants and shops. The owner has a lot of horses and you may see some of them from your terrace. There is a sunny terrace at the back of the house. All rooms are on the same level and so perfect for people who have difficultly walking or are in a wheelchair. There is a good sized, attractive living room with a sitting area, dining area and a fully-fitted kitchen. There is also a very nice bathroom and a double bedroom. Even though the property borders a main road, you will have no problems with the traffic because it is at the back. The owners don’t think that this property is suitable for children.

The adorable White Sand holiday home is located in the characterful heart of the town of Zandvoort, a stone’s throw away from shops, pubs and restaurants. The beach is only three hundred metres distance from the holiday home. The White Sand holiday home does not have a private terrace, but in front of the house there is a wooden bench from which you can enjoy the sunshine. On the ground floor you will find a welcoming living room with a seating area, a comfortable open-plan kitchen and a long dining table seating six. Via a staircase in the living room you gain access to the first floor where the two small, tidy double bedrooms are situated together with a bathroom with a bath. If there are 2 more people in your party then you can also use the comfortable foldaway bed in the living room. Romantic farmer’s home, situated nearby the dunes. This home is situated on the backside of a beatifully restored farmer’s house, where the owners live in. Will you travel together with another couple? You have the possibilty to rent the apartment ANL071033 "Woeste Hoeve" as well. This apartment is situated in the front side of the farmer’s house. You have your own entrance. The home is quietly situated and has a lovely garden of 500 m2. Your farmer’s home has a rustic design and there are lots of great details, such as the original wooden doors and the wooden floor. The spacious living room has a gas-hearth. You find a sitting area with a great view over the dunes. The kitchen as well as the bathroom are simple. There is one double room. Possibly you can place a babybed in this room too. The beautiful surrounding is perfect for one who loves cycling and walking.

Wilca Hoeve

The welcoming Wilca Hoeve holiday home has a rural location only a ten minute walk from the lively centre of Schoorl, but with woodlands only a stone’s throw away. The owner lives in the rear part of the homestead, but your privacy in the front part of the homestead is guaranteed thanks to its own staircase and a garden with terrace. In addition Wilca Hoeve has a beautiful open view. During periods of frost you have a view to a natural skating rink. On the ground floor of Wilca Hoeve you will find the living room and the comfortable open-plan kitchen. Both have been furnished with a lot of care. On the first floor there is a double bedroom and a nice bathroom. Wilca Hoeve is a wonderful holiday spot to explore Schoorl and its surrounding area on foot or by bicycle.

Imagine how, over a century ago, King William III’s racing horses treaded to the nearby racing track from this coach house. In this quiet courtyard you heard the clatter of hoofs and there was the smell of hay and straw. Nowadays it is the picturesque entree to a very special holiday home. The owner has renovated the house, so it is now offering you a unique holiday experience. And all this on walking distance from the beach, the sea and the beautiful Scheveningen sea front. You enter your holiday home by the high hall and by the monumental staircase you go to the first floor. Here you will find the four bedrooms – all furnished in a nice style that immediately brings up the right holiday feeling, as does the bathroom with its whirlpool bath and walk-in shower. The second bathroom has a shower. Under the authentic beams on the second floor you will find your very spacious living room. The is a corner to watch the wide screen tv, a sitting area where you easily relax with a book and a drink and of course the open kitchen. The dining table is next to a french balcony and of course you can enjoy the sun in all privacy on your balcony terrace. There are plenty of playing facilities for the kids in the living room – even a swing and plenty of toys for the small ladies and gentlemen. Of course wireless internet is available. You can also sit outside in front of the house. Although there are more people living in this courtyard, the area in front of house Willem III is private property. Here you can sit at the picknick table or let the children enjoy the sandbox. In a few minutes you can walk to the beach and the newly restored Scheveningen boulevard. A petting zoo is around the corner and shops and other facilities are nearby. By bike or by public transport you can also reach the center of The Hague quickly.

Zandspoor

This delightful cottage is situated at the foot of the broadest dunes of the Netherlands. In Zandspoor you can enjoy the tranquility within walking distance from this center of Schoorl. At the end of the street you can walk straight into the woods and dunes. The braderie is a nice evening out on Tuesdays. Once you enter holiday Zandspoor, you’ll find a spacious seating area in the modern living room. Here you can relax after a long bike ride through the dunes. The open kitchen is equipped with all modern equipment and you can have a nice and cozy breakfast here overlooking the beautiful dunes. On the upper floor of holiday home Zandspoor you’ll find the modern bathroom with shower and two bedrooms. Another two bedrooms can be found on the top floor.

Holiday home Zee en Zo is situated on the edge of Noordwijk and offers you all comfort for up to six persons. This colorful house has some special extras and is not only close to the beach, but also to all surrounding highlights. House Zee en Zo is a quiet oasis along the (relatively) busy road to Katwijk. As soon as you enter you will be in a creative holiday mood – the living room invites you to sit down on the comfortable couches or have a cup of coffee at the large dining table, from where you overlook the sunny garden. The open kitchen is modern and fit with all gear and appliances. There is a children’s bed available and the owner puts two bicycles at your disposal to explore the surrounding area. Parking in front of the house is free and you can reach the beach and the boulevard or the lively centre of Noordwijk within minutes. The well-known attractions (Space Expo, Duinrell, Linnaeushof) are easy to reach too, as are cities like Leyden, The Hague, Haarlem and even Amsterdam, that all are less than 30 driving minutes away. This house has everything to enjoy your stay to the max!

This cosy semi-detached house is located in Heiloo and is just a twenty minute bike ride from both the beach and the beautiful dune area. Heiloo’s golf course, for the golf lovers among you, is within walking distance. Your holiday home has been attractively and carefully furnished. The living room is at the front of the property and has a lovely lounge area. You can enjoy some fantastic dinners at the dining table, which can be found in the kitchen. There is a sunny terrace at the back of the house, which boasts an outdoor fireplace and terrace heating, which means you can sit back and relax in the outdoors until the early hours. Zuiderzeehuys

In the middle of the welcoming town centre of Enkhuizen lies the Zuiderzeehuys; a historic building from 1777. This special holiday home sleeps ten people. Zuiderzeehuys has been entirely renovated with all modern comforts, but the atmosphere of the old days has remained intact. From the first and the second floor you are treated to a view across the IJsselmeer lake. On the ground floor of the Zuiderzeehuys you will find the living room with a gas fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen diner and a bathroom. At the rear of the house there is a small town-garden. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, an old-fashioned boxbed sleeping two in the passage, a bathroom with a whirlpool bath and a sauna. On the second floor there is a fourth bedroom with a small covered balcony from where you can enjoy the view across Enkhuizen. There is plenty to do in the area surrounding Enkhuizen; for example, you can pay a visit to the Zuiderzeemuseum (with history about the region), the Sprookjeswonderland (fairytale wonderland), or the Enkhuizer Zand recreational area at the IJsselmeer lake.
