Holiday home Zee en Zo is situated on the edge of Noordwijk and offers you all comfort for up to six persons. This colorful house has some special extras and is not only close to the beach, but also to all surrounding highlights. House Zee en Zo is a quiet oasis along the (relatively) busy road to Katwijk. As soon as you enter you will be in a creative holiday mood – the living room invites you to sit down on the comfortable couches or have a cup of coffee at the large dining table, from where you overlook the sunny garden. The open kitchen is modern and fit with all gear and appliances. Two of the bedrooms are on the first floor, both colorful and comfortable – one (the bed box room) with a double bed and the other with a single bed that is turned into two beds easily. In the modern bathroom you will find a large walk-in shower, double washing basins and a toilet. The largest bedroom is on the second floor. This top room has a double bed and a nice view over the surrounding fields and acres. All bedrooms have a television and of course wireless internet is available throughout the house. Holiday house Zee en Zo has a front yard that guarantees you privacy, but above all an adventurous back garden. Here you will find several terraces, sunny corners, an outdoor bath with shower and a sunny lounge terrace with a complete kitchen under the veranda roof where you can even watch tv! There is a barbecue grill and an outside fireplace – everything you need to enjoy long, warm summer evenings. Two charging points for electric bicycles are available. There is a children’s bed available and the owner puts two bicycles at your disposal to explore the surrounding area. Parking in front of the house is free and you can reach the beach and the boulevard or the lively centre of Noordwijk within minutes. The well-known attractions (Space Expo, Duinrell, Linnaeushof) are easy to reach too, as are cities like Leyden, The Hague, Haarlem and even Amsterdam, that all are less than 30 driving minutes away. Port Nautique
The luxurious Port Nautique apartment is situated on the ground floor of a modern and exclusive complex on the Brouwersdam: the dike which separates the Grevelingenmeer lake from the North Sea. The beach and the sea are on the other side of the dike, and are within walking distance of the apartment! You enter on the lowest level of the apartment. Here you will find the entrance area and the large washing and storage space. Half a floor up you will find the spacious living room which is lovely and light thanks to its height and large windows. There is a comfortable seating area and a dining table seating six. The up-to-date open-plan kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences. From your terrace you can view the lively activities of the marina. Another half level up are the two bedrooms and the luxurious bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other bedroom has a bunk bed which is suitable for three children to sleep in. Both bedrooms have a west-facing balcony where you can enjoy the sunshine until the end of the day. The bathroom of Port Nautique is beautifully finished and has a double washbasin, a walk-in shower and a large bathtub. The surroundings are a paradise for water sports enthusiasts. You can hire a barge or a sailing boat and go out for a wonderful day sailing, or you can do some kite surfing from the North Sea beach. Port Nautique is extremely suitable for an active family who likes to spend time close to the water.
Kaat
Charming little house Kaat is hidden in a silent courtyard near the centre of The Hague. The house is equipped for two persons and although you stay near all facilities, in the courtyard you enjoy a contemplative quietness. Shops and restaurants are around the corner and the beach and sea are always near. The ground floor of house Kaat is one spacious dining-kitchen. There is a nice dining table and the open kitchen is not big, but fully equipped. The loft-like room on the first floor is a double bedroom and living room as well. Enjoy the design furniture and the many design objects you find all around the house, lovingly collected by the owner to create a special atmosphere. Of course you dispose of wireless internet here. In front of the house is a sunny terace where you can breathe the silence of the 19th century courtyard. The heart of the city is litterally around the corner. Here you can shop, eat and drink and maybe visit one of the many museums of theatres. Public transport or a bicycle takes you to the beach of Scheveningen within 15 minutes.
Casa Leiden
Vakantiehuis Casa Leiden is een gezellig familiehuis in een kindvriendelijke wijk van Leiden. De universiteitsstad Leiden is erg veelzijdig en het centrum is in 5 fietsminuten te bereiken. Geniet van de levendigheid van de stad op de terrasjes en breng een bezoek aan museum Naturalis of het interactieve Corpus. Casa Leiden is uitermate geschikt voor gezinnen. Naast 3 slaapplaatsen voor volwassenen is er eventueel nog een kinderslaapkamer aanwezig. Ook is er nog een slaapbank aanwezig op de zolderverdieping. Dat wordt keten voor de kinderen op zolder. Het vakantiehuis is een heerlijke uitvalsbasis voor verkenning van de historische stad Leiden met diverse musea zoals Rijksmuseum van Oudheden en Volkenkunde. De monumentale binnenstad met haar grachten, steegjes en vele hofjes is ‘the best kept secret’. Genoeg gezien in de stad? In slechts 25 minuten rijdt u naar het strand en de duinen van Katwijk en Noordwijk. Of beter: u maakt er gelijk een mooie fietstocht van. In 45 minuten staat u op het strand. Tip: ”U heeft de gezelligheid van de stad op fietsafstand maar in het huis zelf merkt u er weinig van.
