De Raad van Katwijk
Living in style… that is what is brought to mind in this welcoming, monumental property in Katwijk. The De Raad van Katwijk holiday home was built as a mansion and at a later stage it served as the town hall. What is particularly striking about it is the beautiful façade at the front. By car, you are more than 10 minutes in Leiden. You enter into the spacious hall with marble floor. From here a wonderful, original winding staircase leads you to the first and the second floor. On the ground floor you will find a living room with a television, furnished very tastefully, a dining room and a separate reading room, as well as a spacious kitchen diner which is equipped with all modern conveniences. The garden has a pond and a large terrace and parking space for a maximum of 3 cars. The bedrooms are divided over the first and second floor. The master bedroom is very big and on a split level. This bedroom also has its own ensuite bathroom, with a bathtub, a washbasin and toilet. On the first floor you will find a second bathroom with a shower, a washbasin and a toilet. From here it is only a 30 minute walk to the beach and to the centre of the family seaside resort (or 10 minutes by bicycle). You will find the shops in the same street as your holiday home. Because of the presence of the pond this holiday home is unsuitable for small children

A cute free standing holiday home by the dunes and only 400 meter away from the beach. The perfect place for the real beach lover. You can do your shopping within 500 meters. For even more fun you can visit Callantsoog. The centre is on a 3 km distance and it has great shopping opportunities, restaurants and terraces. The house is entirely ground floor. There is a living room with sitting area and open kitchen. There is 1 bedroom and a bathroom with shower. You can combine this house with ‘Dubbel Duin’(for 6 persons). This house lies directly next this accommodation but the privacy remains because of the fenced off garden
De Strandvogel
This luxury, detached bungalow is in a quiet area on the outskirts of Julianadorp. You can walk to the beach (10 minutes). Your bungalow has a beautiful garden with a sheltered patio and a large lawn. Children will love to play here and there is a swing for them. Please watch small children as there is an open pond at the back of the garden. The bungalow has been tastefully furnished and has all modern conveniences. The living room has a lovely sitting area with an open fireplace and a dining area for six people. The kitchen is half open. There are three bedrooms: one has a double bed and two have single beds with extra folding beds under the single beds. The bathroom has a bath. The owners have made two bikes available for you to use.
De Vier Jaargetijden
The detached De Vier Jaargetijden holiday home offers a beautiful view across fields and in the far distance to the Schoorlse Duinen dune area. The house is situated on the edge of the Noord-Holland village of Burgerbrug and is suitable for 12 people. By bicycle it will only take you 20 minutes to reach the beach of Petten and also to get to the local supermarket. There is free parking at the holiday home. The living room comes with a beautiful conservatory with a large table and a sliding door to the terrace. Adjacent you will find a completely equipped open-plan kitchen which is even adjustable in height, which makes it also suitable for disabled people. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with box-spring beds and a bunk bed. The bathroom on this floor is basic and suitable for disabled people. On the first floor of the holiday home there is a spacious bathroom with a shower and yet another two bedrooms. De Zeetuin
This peacefully situated holiday home lies within walking distance of the broad sandy beach of Julianadorp aan zee. The Zeetuin holiday home has a spacious, sheltered and sunny garden which is a great place to relax in the inviting loungers. In the cosily furnished living room of Zeetuin you will find a comfortable seating area with flat screen television and a spacious dining table with a corner bench which is great for everybody to just join in at. Via the Zeetuin living room you gain access to the well-equipped kitchen and a lovely bright bathroom with bathtub. Your holiday home has two bedrooms. One bedroom has two single beds and the other is furnished with a bunk bed. In the historic Julianadorp aan zee you will find a large selection of shops and restaurants. Not only is Zeetuin a great place for a wonderful beach holiday, but it is also a great base for day trips, for example, to the West-Frisian market in Schagen or the isle of Texel. The ferry to Texel can be reached within fifteen minutes by car.
Doldersummer
The Doldersummer holiday home is situated in a small-scale peaceful holiday park, in an afforested area by the edge of the Drents-Friese Wold nature reserve. In the near vicinity of the village of Doldersum you will find the villages of Diever, Dwingeloo and Vledder. This is an ideal place if you are looking for peace and quiet, space and nature. Donna Mila
At the edge of the dunes just north of Noordwijk lies holiday home Donna Mila. This very comfortable and stylishly furnished house is suited for up to four persons. The detached house is on a small scale park from where you can walk right through the dunes to the beach. Holiday house Donna Mila has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. There is a bright living room on the ground floor, with a sitting area around the gas-operated fireplace. The modern open kitchen is fit with all appliances and gear, among which a quooker for instant boiling water. Through the double folding doors you have access to the secluded garden. There are two terraces where you can enjoy the sun and a lawn for the children to play on or just lay around and relax. All beds are on the first floor. this is an open attic with hardly any walls and no doors, but the two sleeping areas are separated visually. There is a big walk-in closet and the luxurious modern bathroom has a rain shower. The beach and the sea are about one kilometer away and the dunes are practically in front of your doorstep. Here you have extensive walking and cycling possibilities, but the varied back country is worth your while as well, with interesting cities like Haarlem, Leiden, Amsterdam and The Hague all within 30 minutes driving distance. And when you are looking for fun on the beach Noordwijk will certainly please you, with its boulevard, beach restaurants and nice shopping area.

Attractive, detached holiday home, situated along a quiet road in the heart of Groet. You can walk straight into the beautiful forest and dune area from behind the house. The beach is just a thirty minute walk away. The design is a combination of modern and classic and the ground floor is split level. The renewed lounge area has a cosy open fire and you can reach the comfortabel kitchen via a step, which is equipped with all modern conveniences. The recently renovated bathroom has a shower. The house is not suitable for people with walking difficulties because of the many steps. There is a beautifully landscaped garden around the house and the various different terraces ensure you can enjoy the sunshine throughout the day.

In the open kitchen you will find all the equipment and utensils you need and there is also a separate laundry room. Through the two large sliding doors you reach the porch terrace. Of course you can enjoy your meals here at the cozy table and sit outside at the first rays of sunshine already. The jacuzzi is placed under the roof as well and can be protected by windbreaks. Furthermore, the large garden offers several places to sit, for example at the outdoor fireplace and barbecue. The children can do their thing on the trampoline and play freely on the lawn. The bedrooms are on the first floor. The master bedroom has a comfortable electrically adjustable double bed, a television with DVD player and a French balcony. In the other bedroom are two single beds. Both bedrooms have ample closet space and for younger guests a foldable cot is available. The bright bathroom has a shower and wash basin and has floor heating. There is a separate toilet on this floor. To maximize space, all the rooms on the first floor closed with light folding doors. Holiday home Duna Deli is an ideal base for your beach holiday – the dunes are practically on the doorstep and you can reach the beach easily on foot or by bike. The vast dune area invites to hiking and biking and the rest of the area is also very worthwhile. The boulevard and the lively center of Noordwijk can be reached in five minutes but also cities such as Haarlem, Leiden, Amsterdam and The Hague with their many attractions are less than a half hour away. In the spring you can enjoy the exuberant flowering bulb fields (the world-famous Keukenhof is near), which give an extra dimension to your stay on the Dutch coast!

Holiday villa with thatched roof, situated under the watchful eye of the lighthouse, at the foot of the dunes. The villa is located in a wonderful holiday park and close to the romantic village of Hollum. The luxurious and comfortable furnishing in combination with many conveniences at the park makes this a fantastic destination for the entire family. On the ground floor of the Engelsmanduinvilla villa there is a pleasant living room, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Also, here at ground level is a bedroom with adjoining shower. The remaining two bedrooms and a second bathroom are provided with a bath and shower and are located on the upper floor. Some of the villas have a sauna or bubble bath at their disposal. Naturally, there is a terrace with garden furniture in which you can most delightfully take your rest. In the holiday park there really is everything to do. There is a covered swimming pool, midget golf, bowling alley and various playgrounds. And as if this isn’t enough, during the holidays, all sorts of activities organised by the animation team.
