This cosy and comfortable familyhouse is situated on the edge of beach resort Noordwijk, in a nice residential area. Dunes, woods, beach and sea are at very short distance. From here you can walk to the beach or the lively seafront, but the many interesting sites in the surroundings are very easy to reach as well. House Beaudune is at the end of a quiet dead end street in a neighbourhood that was built in the dunes, on the edge of Noordwijk. From your house you can walk tot the beach or into the impressive walking- and cycling area of the Noordwijk dunes. The house itself is comfortably fit for four. In the spacious livingroom is a sitting area with colour TV and stereo, ofcourse placed around the cosy fireplace. The classic wooden dining table seats six and the kitchen offers you all the space and modern equipment you need. In the garage you can safely put your rented bikes. On the first floor you can reach the large and sunny balcony from the landing as well as from the master bedroom, to enjoy the morning sun. The larger bedroom has a double bed, the smaller one has two single beds. In the bathroom are a bath (with whirlpool facility) and a shower. The back garden is sheltered and sunny until the end of the day, so it’s a perfect place to cook on the barbecue or have a drink. ‘Schelpenbank’ appartment is located in the Duinroos Residence on the beach front and gives you direct private access to the hotel and all that it offers. Another private exit gives direct access to the pavilion and beach. You can enjoy all sea views from a large balcony along the front of the appartment. The apartment is reached by a lift to the seventh floor from the foyer of Residence Duinroos. From the lift the apartment is reached via a carpeted hallway. Through the apartment hallway you reach the open plan kitchen – diner – livingroom which gives acces to the wide balcony as does the bedroom. Parking is easy and safe in the cellar garage.
