Colorful family home Coockaburra is situated in the beautiful green Vogelwijk – a residential area on the edge of the dunes. This holiday home offers you all you need on walking distance from dunes, beach and sea. Enjoy all advantages of The Hague – the city by the sea, where both the beaches and the lively city centre are within your grasp. House Coockaburra however is outside all busy traffic and is the ideal place place for a relaxed family holiday. Upon entering the classical ‘thirties’ house you experience the effort the owners have put into furnishing and decorating the place. The comfortable living room adjoins the dining kitchen, where you will find a large dining table and all modern equipment you may need. Through the sliding door you have access to the sunny garden where you can always find a sheltered seat and where the children can enjoy themselves on the trampoline. On the first floor are two bedrooms, both with a double bed. One of these is a french bed – fit for two children or one adult. The luxuriously finished bathroom has a bath and a walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms are on the second floor, where there’s also a laundry section. Of course you can connct to Wifi internet throughout the house and the owners put four bicycles at your disposal to explore the surroundings. The dunes are litterally around the corner and the beach is on walking distance. You can easily reach family beach resort Kijkduin or lively Scheveningen by bike or public transportation, or visit the centre of The Hague, with its many shops, museums and restaurants. House Coockaburra offers you the best of all worlds!

Port Nautique
The luxurious Port Nautique apartment is situated on the ground floor of a modern and exclusive complex on the Brouwersdam: the dike which separates the Grevelingenmeer lake from the North Sea. The beach and the sea are on the other side of the dike, and are within walking distance of the apartment! You enter on the lowest level of the apartment. Here you will find the entrance area and the large washing and storage space. Half a floor up you will find the spacious living room which is lovely and light thanks to its height and large windows. There is a comfortable seating area and a dining table seating six. The up-to-date open-plan kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences. From your terrace you can view the lively activities of the marina. Another half level up are the two bedrooms and the luxurious bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other bedroom has a bunk bed which is suitable for three children to sleep in. Both bedrooms have a west-facing balcony where you can enjoy the sunshine until the end of the day. The bathroom of Port Nautique is beautifully finished and has a double washbasin, a walk-in shower and a large bathtub. The surroundings are a paradise for water sports enthusiasts. You can hire a barge or a sailing boat and go out for a wonderful day sailing, or you can do some kite surfing from the North Sea beach. Port Nautique is extremely suitable for an active family who likes to spend time close to the water.
De Rozenhof
Let op bij beschikbaarheid en prijzen, selecteer weekend of lang weekend. Midweek, week of langer op aanvraag. Deze vrijstaande boerderij is een rijksmonument. Bij de renovatie heeft de eigenaar vele authentieke details terug laten komen in het interieur. Zo is de woonkamer in de voormalige stallen en vindt u op de begane grond en eerste etage nog een originele bedstede (alleen geschikt voor kinderen). De inrichting is verzorgd en comfortabel. Boerderij De Rozenhof ligt rustig aan de rivier de Linge, waar u vanaf de eerste etage op uit kijkt. Het water wordt alleen door de dijk van de boerderij gescheiden. De vakantiewoning beschikt ook over een grote tuin met terras en tuinmeubelen. U hebt een prachtig uitzicht over de landerijen achter de boerderij. Deze groepswoning is ideaal om met een grote familie of groep vrienden een gezellig verblijf te hebben. De omgeving biedt vele mogelijkheden om uitstapjes te maken. Het vakantiehuis ligt in Kedichem, circa 4 km ten zuidwesten van Leerdam. Leerdam staat bekend als dé glasstad van Nederland. U kunt hier verschillende glasmusea bezoeken en natuurlijk ook een poging wagen om zelf glas te blazen. U vindt hier ook leuke fietsroutes, u kunt kanoën op de Linge en voor een paar uurtjes winkelen in Leerdam of Gorinchem is ideaal. In deze accommodatie is roken niet toegestaan.
