On the ground floor is a large living room with fireplace and through the original sliding doors, you enter the dining room where the cozy dining table is. The modern half open kitchen has all appliances, including even a steam oven. Through the double doors you reach the backyard and also at the front of the house is a terrace where you can enjoy the sun. Great extra in house La Louvainaise is the basement floor with large playroom. Here the kids can watch television uninterrupted or play table tennis and enjoy the many toys. On the first floor are two bedrooms. The master bedroom with balcony has a double bed and in the second bedroom is a single bed. The bathroom has a bath and a separate shower. The remaining three bedrooms are on the second and top floor. In the largest room is a french bed, suitable for one adult or two children. The other two rooms have a single bed. Also on this floor is a bathroom with shower. You will also find the laundry room with washer and dryer. Shops and a supermarket are a short distance and within a few minutes you are on the boulevard or with your feet in the sand on the North Sea beach. Seaside resort cheveningen offers plenty of entertainment for everyone of all ages. Restaurants and bars, cozy beach pavilions, shops and boutiques, as well as a multiplex cinema and a large theater – all practically on your doorstep. And of course you can easily reach the center of The Hague with its historic buildings and wide range of museums and other cultural institutions.

A stone’s throw from the beautiful promenade of Scheveningen lies holiday home Belvédère. In this elegant town house for six people you recognize the glory of the resort in the 19th century. And all within walking distance of the beach and sea – perfect ingredients for a special holiday. In some spots along the Scheveningen boulevard time seems to have stood still and you can taste some of the seaside town of around 1900. Holiday home Belvedere is in such a place and combines the grandeur of the past with the comfort and liveliness of present time. If you stand on the highest balcony of the house, you can see that the place must have been about where Mesdag painted his world famous Panorama! The classic townhouse has a large living room in front and at the back side (the original doors are still there!) is the dining room. Here is not only a large dining table, but there is also a section specially equipped with toys and games galore for the children. The modern kitchen is separate and equipped with all necessary equipment and from here you have access to the secluded garden. It is almost inconceivable that the beach is less than a hundred meters away, because here it is an oasis of calm where you can sit outside until late on warm evenings. For the children there is a swing, for you a couple of sunbeds and a nice long dining table. On the first floor are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath, on the second floor are two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. From holiday house Belvedere you walk two minutes to the beach and promenade, and also the center of the old fishing village of Scheveningen and the entertainment heart around the famous Kurhaus are nearby. By bike or by public transport you can easily and quickly reach the center of The Hague with its large and diverse range of shops and numerous cultural activities and museums.
