This spacious townhouse is ideal for families of up to seven people. House La Louvainaise is located in a beautiful residential area (Belgisch Park) at about five hundred meters from the beach. The more than a century-old town house offers enormous living and playing space and is furnished very complete and stylish. On the ground floor is a large living room with fireplace and through the original sliding doors, you enter the dining room where the cozy dining table is. The modern half open kitchen has all appliances, including even a steam oven. Through the double doors you reach the backyard and also at the front of the house is a terrace where you can enjoy the sun. Great extra in house La Louvainaise is the basement floor with large playroom. Here the kids can watch television uninterrupted or play table tennis and enjoy the many toys. On the first floor are two bedrooms. The master bedroom with balcony has a double bed and in the second bedroom is a single bed. The bathroom has a bath and a separate shower. The remaining three bedrooms are on the second and top floor. In the largest room is a french bed, suitable for one adult or two children. The other two rooms have a single bed. Also on this floor is a bathroom with shower. You will also find the laundry room with washer and dryer. Shops and a supermarket are a short distance and within a few minutes you are on the boulevard or with your feet in the sand on the North Sea beach. Seaside resort cheveningen offers plenty of entertainment for everyone of all ages. Restaurants and bars, cozy beach pavilions, shops and boutiques, as well as a multiplex cinema and a large theater – all practically on your doorstep. And of course you can easily reach the center of The Hague with its historic buildings and wide range of museums and other cultural institutions.

Neem hiervoor contact op met de schipper minimaal een week voordat u gaat! Al met al ideaal voor een fantastisch verblijf in de binnenstad van havenstad Rotterdam. Extra informatie: Dekbedden en kussen maken onderdeel uit van het linnenpakket dat u kunt huren. De mogelijkheid bestaat ook om zelf een slaapzak of eigen dekbed en linnengoed mee te nemen. Een TV/DVD-speler kan op verzoek geplaatst worden.
