This delightful detached holiday home is situated in a spacious holiday park near Lake IJsselmeer, within walking distance of the convivial centre of Medemblik. This is the perfect setting for water lovers. Cross the dike and you are on the banks of Lake IJsselmeer! And there is a marina nearby, soif you want to bring a boat with you, you can arrange a mooring. Next to your holiday home there is also a small jetty onto a waterway where you can go fishing and sailing. Your holiday home has a large, lovely living room with a view of the garden and the water. The open kitchen is modern. There are three bedrooms and a bathroom (with sauna) on the first floor. At the holiday park you can hire an open boat with an ultra quiet electric motor and sail along a special route. A visit to the neighbouring sailing centre is also highly recommended. On both sides there are sliding doors which lead to the front garden and to the veranda and the quay. Enjoy your breakfast on the veranda with a view out over the Frisian landscape. Via the stairways you gain access to the lower ground floor where you will find the bedrooms and the neat bathrooms. There is also a utility room here with a washing machine and a dryer. On this holidaypark there is construction work from Monday until Friday wich may cause some noise. There are no activities planned during the weekends and summer holidays.
