Waterhouse Oranjeplaat-Veerse Meer is a welcoming, detached holiday home sleeping ten, directly at the Veerse Meer lake. From your own quay you can jump straight into the water. The covered terrace, is a lovely place to enjoy the beautiful view across the lake, even at days that are slightly cooler. You enter Waterhouse Oranjeplaat-Veerse Meer at the front where you will find three bedrooms on the ground floor. One of the bedrooms comes with its own bathroom. A second bathroom is also on the ground floor. The open-plan kitchen is the central point of the holiday home; a great place for children to eat and play at the breakfast bar. Behind the kitchen you will find the welcoming seating area with a gas fireplace and a peaceful area to read a good book. The high ceilings and large windows provide great natural light. On the first floor of the holiday home you will find yet two more spacious bedrooms which both offer a splendid view across the lake. Here you also gain access to the roof terrace. TheWaterpas houseboat is in a fantastic location: on the Spaarne, with an unrestricted view over the national reserve. This great accommodation has its own sloop, with which you can explore the beautiful surroundings. So rural and yet so close to Haarlem centre (4 kilometres) and Heemstede (3.5 kilometres). From your terrace on the water you can enjoy canoes passing by, but larger boats sail by as well! The Waterpas holiday home garden in fact consists of a large terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. For the children there is a swing. On entering the houseboat you will be amazed how spacious it is! On the left is the living room with seating area, dining area and a kitchen with all modern conveniences. The large windows and the magnificent view are of course the nicest aspects of this space. The right side of the boat consists of three bedrooms and a bathroom. Down below a children’s play area has been created, with TV, video, playstation2, DVDs and various Disney videos. So in the event of bad weather the children still don’t need to be bored. But of course – if the weather is with you – you can be outside! The Weideduin holiday home is peacefully located in the Noord-Holland village of Burgerbrug , four kilometres from Petten and the beach. From here you can also take a daytrip to Schagen or Alkmaar. The holiday home is situated in the grounds of the owner’s house and from the spacious garden you have a view to the mill in the polder. You can prepare delicious meals in the kitchen of Weideduin whilst the children are playing on the trampoline or by the frog stream on the edge of the large garden. The modern bathroom of the holiday home is situated on the ground floor. Via a steep staircase in the living room you gain access to two cosy bedrooms, one of which has a double bed. This luxurious beach villa lies in a peaceful holiday park in Julianadorp aan Zee. Just in front of the holiday park are the dunes with the beach and the sea less than 500 metres away. This makes holiday home Wellness Strandvilla the ideal location for those looking for peace and quiet as well as beach lovers. Julianadorp is situated in the north of Noord-Holland; a pre-eminent walking and cycling area. Miles of cycle paths lead you through the pleasant seaside resorts of Callantsoog, St. Maartenszee and Petten. The centre of Julianadorp has various shops, bars and restaurants and is about 3 kilometres from Wellness Strandvilla. On entering in Wellness Strandvilla, through the hall, there is access to the spacious L-shaped living room with a seating and dining area. The open-plan kitchen is comfortably furnished and facilities include a dishwasher and a microwave. From the living room there is access to the sun terrace via sliding doors. Here it is possible for the children to play to their hearts’ content in the garden, while you can keep an eye on them. Your holiday villa has a private Finnish sauna with a separate shower, so that you can relax completely. You will find this welcoming and romantically situated holiday home in the large garden of the owner. White Court is a beautiful, detached, thatch-roofed holiday home. You will have plenty of privacy thanks to the large fenced garden and your own terrace. You can use the tennis court nearby. On the ground floor there is a luxurious open-plan kitchen which lies next to the living room. There is also a small bathroom with shower on the ground floor. Via the staircase you gain access to the spacious first floor with a bedroom and a second toilet. White Court is suitable for two people and ideal for tennis-enthusiasts. Next to the holiday villa you will find a tennis park with three courts which you may use free of charge. White Court is a wonderful holiday spot from where you can easily walk to the welcoming centre of Bergen or to the Bergerbos woodland.

This holiday home has a unique location. It is situated on a vineyard! A perfect place for everyone. From the terrace you have a wonderful view over the vineyard and behind your holiday home is a large playing field situated for the children to enjoy themselves. During you stay you can enjoy a touraround the vineyard and even participate in a wine tasting. Discover the environment by taking beautiful cycling trips and enjoy the unique cities nearby! The beach of Ijsselmeer is only 6 KM away were you can also participate in water sports! The holiday home is entirely made out of wood which is a perfect match with the ambiance of the vineyard. There is a living room and a simple kitchen, two bedrooms: one master bedroom and one bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with luxurious shower. Holiday house Windstil is freestanding on a small scale holiday village directly behind the dunes north of Noordwijk. The house is suited for four persons, one small child extra on request. Here you live at just over a kilometer from the beach in a house with everything you need and with lots of facilities for children. House Windstil is on a private property with only fifteen other houses in the rural area outside Noordwijk, right behind the dunes. The house is fully detached and has a nicely laid out fenced garden, so that your children can play safely on the lawn with the playthings available. Lay out, ground floor: bright living room with sitting area around the fire place. Cosy dining table and a modern open kitchen with all appliances. In the side kitchen are a washing machine, dryer and freezer. The three bedrooms are on the first floor. First of all the master bedroom with a double bed and two more rooms with one single bed. There’s an extra children’s cot available. The modern bathroom has a bath. Children’s paradise is in the basement. Here they have their very own playing room with benches filled with toys along the walls and a tv-set with dvd-player. You can get to the beach on foot and the house situated centrally with respect to all interesting places in the surrounding region. WiFi internet is available.

Zandloper

This detached holiday house, surrounded by a nice garden, is situated in quiet surroundings and only a ten minute walk to the beach! The garden has two terraces, on which you may use the two available barbecues during the summer months. The children will immediately enjoy themselves on the grass. When you like to cycle, you are lucky, as the owner leaves six light-weight bicycles behind for you to use (three ladies and three men’s bicycles). There is also one canoe available. The interior of the living is comfortable and has a settee where you may watch TV, video or a DVD. Via the dining area you reach the practical equipped open kitchen. There are two bedrooms at your disposal, of which one has a double bed. The other bedroom is a twin, and a single built-in raised bed, to be reached via a small steep staircase. The bathroom is simple but tidy. The house is close to the beach and radiates the real holiday feeling of peace and freedom.

Bright, modern and comfortable – that’s holiday home Zeelicht summarized in a few words. This comfortable cottage is located in a peaceful holiday village and is fully equipped for up to 6 people with beach, sea, dunes and a recreational lake a short distance. Holiday home Zeelicht is situated in a cozy bungalow park just outside Noordwijkerhout, a short distance from the beach, sea and dunes. The park has various facilities such as a shop, two restaurants, tennis courts, playgrounds and bike rental. Next to the park is a lake with a small swimming beach. Holiday home Zeelicht was completely renovated in 2015 and decorated by the owner in a fresh light style, to ensure you a pleasant stay. On the ground floor is the living room, where you will find a comfortable seating area with fireplace. Next to the living room is a study / bedroom with a very comfortable double sofa bed. The modern kitchen is equipped with all necessary equipment and a cozy dining table. The bathroom is downstairs as well and features a walk-in shower. On the first floor are two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with two single beds. On the landing is a lovely play area for children. Naturally, you have wireless WiFi Internet throughout the house. The garden is sunny and offers plenty of opportunity to sit or eat. Outside you can (sometimes for a fee) use the facilities of the park and the surrounding area. From your house you can walk to the nearby lake and by bike (or car) you reach the beach in a few minutes. In Noordwijkerhout you’ll discover some fine restaurants and shops, and of course there is also plenty of entertainment in beach resort Noordwijk. In spring the exuberant flowering bulb fields of course are an additional attraction – the world famous Keukenhof flower exhibition is only 5 minutes away from your holiday home.

Zeeuws Break Point

Zeeuws Break Point is located in the quaint Groede, a village in Zeeland, the Netherlands. Aside from having its own tennis court, it offers a big garden with fruit trees and no less than three terraces. Reminiscant of an area of France, within 15 minutes you will reach Groede beach with its bars. The owner of Zeeuws Break Point offers you free bicycles during your stay, and rackets for the tennis cours. The holiday home is suitable for up to 5 guests (2 adults, 3 children). Important information: because of the steepness of the stairs, we find this house less suitable for those with disabilities and/or for very small children.

Zeeuws Zeehuis

Cosy holiday home in the woods, close to the dunes. The beach is just a five-minutes walk away. The village Koudekerke is reachable by bike (fifteen minutes) as well as the centre of Vlissingen. One will find a nice garden with a terrace. The well-furnished living room has a comfortable sitting area with woodoven as well as a dining corner. The separate kitchen has all modern appliances. One will find two bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor. The first floor is reachable by some steep stairs. Here you will find two other bedrooms and a loft to play with television, video, DVd and 3 "fatboys", pillows to sit on. We think this house is comfortable to live in with 6 adults and 2 children. From about May to September you can use the small beach (day) house on the beach of Westduin. This is very useful with little children, you can practically stow away your beach properties there. A real family house close to the beach! Important information: To guarantee the quality of our holiday homes we have decided to decline groups of younger people, bachelor parties etc. The owner only allows families.

You can make trips to nice places such as Goes, Middelburg and Bergen op Zoom. Located in close vicinity as well is the beach of Roelshoek in Oosterschelde.This house is a cozy and warm family home and is perefectly suitable for 5 persons. On the ground floor there is a cozy living room and a luxury kitchen that is fully equipped to your needs. The garden offers privacy and the children can play freely.
