The Noordeinde holiday home is a detached house, situated in one of the most beautiful lanes of the village of Bergen; within walking distance of the beautiful woodland and dune area and the lively centre. The house has a private garden with various terraces, one of which is covered and heated. Thechildren can play to their hearts’ content on the large trampoline. The living room has a welcoming seating area with an open fireplace. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences. On the ground floor, you will also find a luxurious bathroom with a bath and a separate dressing-room. Via a staircase you gain access to a mezzanine, which is furnished as a play area and television room, equipped with television, hard-disk recorder and Xbox. For the music lover there is a piano. On the first floor are three bedrooms and a luxurious (rain) shower. This is a great house with two restaurants around the corner.

Noordster

Holiday house Noordster was recently renovated (2015) and lies on the edge of the cozy, spacious green holiday village. The house is bordering the forest and within walking distance is a swimming beach and many amenities. The North Sea beach, the dunes and the sea are nearby as well. This detached house is fully equipped for 4 people. In holiday home Noordster you will enjoy lots of privacy and modern comfort and you can walk straight into the forest from your home. On the ground floor you first of all enter the cozy living room with comfortable seating area and a modern kitchen with all appliances. Through the large sliding doors you have access to the sunny garden. In the utility room is a freezer and a washer and dryer present. The bathroom is downstairs – this is stylishly furnished and equipped with a rain shower. The sleeping quarters are on the first floor, which is accessible via the exceptionally beautiful handmade staircase. First, there is an open loft with two single beds and then a bedroom with twin beds. In the enclosed garden you have plenty of sun and privacy. You will always find a comfortable place to sit in the sun or shade. Through the forest directly behind your house you can walk to the recreational lake. There is a swimming beach and several places to have a drink or have lunch or dinner, and you can even rent a boat. In the park itself is much playground for children, a small supermarket, a restaurant, tennis courts and bicycle rental. The area is ideal for hiking and cycling, through the vast dunes and in the spring along the colorful tulip fields for which this region is famous. The beach and the sea are just a few minutes away and the towns nearby (Haarlem, Leiden) and attractions as the Keukenhof (April and May) and Space Expo are worth your visit, and easily accessible. For golf lovers, a new public golf course opened in 2010 (Tespelduyn) and if the weather is not too good, there are places like the indoor playground KidsZoo nearby.

Located near national park De Oosterschelde in Zeeland, the Netherlands, detached holiday home Oosterschelde Plezier has two electric bicycles for you to explore the surroundings in a very Dutch way. At 250 meters, there is a small beach for the little ones. Holiday home Oosterschelde Plezier is suitable for up to 4 guests and has only a ground floor.

Orchis B 6-persoons

This detached holiday home is situated in a cosy family park in the lower part of Zuid-Beveland. The park is surrounded by greenery and is approximately a 15 minute drive from Goes and half an hour from Middelburg. Adjacent to the park lies the "De Stelleplas", a fresh-water lake of ten hectares. A great place to go fishing, or take a wonderful walk and enjoy nature. Holiday home Orchis B 6-persoons is equipped with all conveniences. On the ground floor is the living room, an open-plan kitchen, a bathroom and one of the bedrooms. The other two bedrooms are on the top floor. After a tiring day out you can completely relax on the terrace at Orchis B 6-persoons. The holiday park where Orchis B 6-persoonsis located has plenty to offer to all ages. For example, in the summer a fun recreation programme is drawn up for the children. There is also a playground with play equipment, you can play ‘jeu-de-boules’ (petanque) and hire go-carts and bicycles. For a wonderful meal go to the brasserie, the restaurant or the snack bar. There is a heated open-air swimming pool and a 40 metre long slide.* For the small children there is a separate children’s pool.* In Goes, about ten minutes drive from holiday home Orchis Sauna 6-persoons, is the indoor water park of Sportpunt Zeeland. As a guest of the park you can make use of this free of charge. If you like to go fishing in the Stelleplas you will need a fishing license. You can obtain one via reception. Of course it is also wonderful to go out and explore the area outside the park. Zuid-Beveland consists of numerous small villages, and Goes, a town which is certainly worth a visit. Enjoy a delicious lunch at the market or stroll along the long shopping streets in search of something beautiful. And why not get on a bike and take a beautiful cycling tour so that you get a good picture of this beautiful Zuid-Beveland polder landscape. This elegant, new build (2009), holiday house is situated quietly at the outskirts of the village Zonnemaire, close to a small beach of the Grevelingen Sea and in only twenty minutes by car you will reach the North Sea beach near Scharendijke. The holiday house is situated in a little holiday park consisting of fourteen houses, all backwards. You enter the house via the front door at the side of the house and reach from the hall into the living room. There are a comfortable lounge, a big dining-table and an open, modern kitchen. The sliding doors lead to the sunny garden at the backside, where the kids can play very well. On the first floor are three bedrooms and a bathroom. A nice house for families and everybody who is looking for silence, much space and the nature.

Paradijs aan 't Water

Authentic Farmhouse in Grootschermer with a beautiful view on the ‘Eilandspolder’. A lovely big garden with multiple terraces long side the water (2 small boats for you and the kids available). The interior is cosy and comfortable. On the ground floor is the living with sitting and dinning area. The separate kitchen is also situated on the ground floor. The bedrooms are on the first and second floor. The bathroom is on the ground floor. You find a summer house in the garden.Through some steep, small winding stairs you reach the first floor, where you find one two bedded room as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet. You can reach the beach by car within 30 minutes. The perfect environment for bike riding! There’s a small supermarket only 500 meters away.

Perla sur Mare

New at Aan Zee! Located in the vicinity of the Dutch coast, Holiday home Parla sur Mare is located at the edge of Groede, a village in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. Using Parla sur Mare as a starting point, you can enjoy walking and cycling tours or visit the cleanest beaches of the Netherlands. Pondarosa

The best of both worlds: the detached Pondarosa holiday villa offers exceptionally beautiful views out over the vast Breezand polder landscape and within a few minutes you can travel to the other side of the Noord-Hollands canal on the small ferry. Here you are within ten car-minutes of the broad sandy beach of Julianadorp aan zee. This welcoming group accommodation for twelve people has two bathroom on the ground floor and three wash basins on the second floor. The large dining table which seats twelve is an eye catcher in the cosily furnished Pondarosa living room. In the comfy seating area you will find a large leather corner sofa. At the large round table in the kitchen-diner you can enjoy a lovely breakfast in the morning sunshine. Next to the Pondarosa holiday home kitchen is the utility room and a spacious bathroom. On the ground floor you will find one bedroom with two single beds. The other five spacious bedrooms are on the second floor, along with the second toilet. The beautifully laid out Pondarosa garden, which can be locked, has various cosy seating areas and there is enough space for a good game of football. Via a small gate you gain access to the front garden which is located by a small stream. Next to the house you will find the bulb-growing company of the owners of Pondarosa. They like to offer their guests an excursion and to explain about the bulb-growing world. Those who opt for Pondarosa in springtime can look forward to fresh flowers on the table as well as in the nearby fields. The nearby Anna Paulowna has an extensive range of shops and various good restaurants. Pondarosa is also a great base for the nearby country estate of Hoenderdaell, which is a lot more than just a zoo housing exotic creatures. Other day trips: the nature reserve on the edge of Kleine Sluis, the Westfriese market in Schagen and the famous cheese market in Alkmaar. Those who want to windsurf can go to the nearby Lutjestrand beach, and via the Afsluitdijk, within a fifteen minutes drive, you can be in Friesland in no time.

Potter

In a quiet area lies this tastefully decorated, semi detached holidayhouse, directly behind the dunes, ninehundred meters away from the beach. It is suitable for five persons and a baby. You can reach the boulevard or the centre of Vlissingen in fifteen minutes by bike. The nice historic city of Middelburg is round abt. eight and Domburg fifteen kilometres away. The house has an enclosed sunny garden with a nice terrace and a swing. You enter the cosy living room through the patio doors and you will find a comfortable sitting area with fire-place, and a dining area. The separate kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances. There are two bedrooms on the first floor and you will find the modern bathroom with bath and shower here as well. On the second floor you will find two single bedrooms. A nice familyhouse close to the beach!

Punthuis

This detached house with a pointed roof is only half an hours bike ride from the beach and within walking distance of the centre of the village. Behind the house there is a lovely private garden with two terraces and a pond. The house is well taken care of and very comfortable. The living room has a sitting area at the front where you can watch the cyclists and trains going by. At the back there is a dining area and a separate kitchen. On the first floor there are three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with a single and one with a narrow double (1.20m wide). The bathroom is also on this floor.

Rietveld

A bungalow with a spacious garden, enjoying a very tranquil location near the forest and dunes. You can reach the beach at Bergen aan Zee in just 15 minutes. The most extraordinary thing about this holiday home is its location and spacious garden. The living room is located in the centre of the bungalow and you have lovely views of the garden from various different seating areas. The kitchen is small and basic. There is a separate double bedroom on one side of the living room, the other bedroom is the extended part of the living room, but with a partition wall and everything is on the ground floor. The bathroom includes a bath. This is a wonderful holiday spot for lovers of tranquillity and nature.

Romantiek aan het Meer

In this romantic, wooden holiday home you can enjoy your holiday by the side of your own small lake. The house is situated on the country estate of the owner in the characteristic village of Valkkoog (Sint Maarten). It is only a 20 minute walk to reach the welcoming centre of Schagen. The owner also has 2 bicycles available for you to use. Via a nice cycling route you can reach the beach of Sint Maartenszee in 15 minutes. The holiday home is completely modernized and on ground floor level. From the kitchen and the bedroom you are treated to a wonderful view to the lake. Outside you will find various terraces with lounge chairs, in order optimally to enjoy this fantastic spot! In the grounds there are stables so you can, if you like, take along your own horse or take riding lessons! It is also possible to go for a swim or to fish in the lake.

Roodenhorst

This elegant, detached holiday house is situated perfectly, quiet and in a green surrounding, near to the wonderful wide forest- and dune area of Oostkapelle. You can reach the beach within a quarter of an hour. You reach the centre in ten minutes by bike and by car in twenty minutes; you are in Middelburg or Vlissingen. Domburg and the golf course can be reached by car in less than ten minutes. Around the house is a nice garden with much space to play for kids, behind the house is a marvelous terrace. Via the spacious floor of the house you get into the cozy living room and adjoined to that the dining- room. The separate kitchen has still the atmosphere of former days, but is complete and equipped with several modern utensils. On the first floor are three bedrooms, a double room, one single room and a little room, which can be used as a baby room or for the luggage, because from there you get into the bathroom. The simple bathroom can be reached from the baby room as well as from the double room. Via some steep steps you get to the second floor, there are another two bedrooms, a double- and a single room, both with a wash-basin. A nice family house near to the beach. Because of the location of the bathroom we think this house only suits for one family.

Sandhuis

Holiday House Sandhuis is located on the outskirts of the village Zuidzande in Zeeuw Vlaanderen. Sandhuis is newly renovated and has a beautiful view over the polders. Take the opportunity here to enjoy the beautiful sunset! The beach and the village Sluis are situated in the close vicinity of 10 minutes.. Sandhuis is suitable for a total of 6 people. Sandhuis offers a cozy sitting area with a fireplace that is also adjacent to the dining area. You can reach the terrace and the garden through the double doors. The first floor offers three bedrooms. Two rooms with two single beds and a room with a double bed. In the middle of the hallway is a bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a sink. Serendipity

Freestanding cottage for four with a large garden, wonderfully situated between the flowerbulb fields at the edge of the dunes. From here you can easily reach the beaches and also all interesting historical cities in the surroundings. House Serendipity is on a private property with some other houses in the rural area outside Noordwijkerhout. From your garden with several terraces you overlook a piece of forest, the open landscape and the edge of the dunes area. The beach, the sea and the vast natural reserve are practically in front of your house. On the ground Floor you have a comfortable living room with a sitting area and a large dining table for six. The open kitchen isn’t too big, but you’ll have everything you need there. From the nice relaxing seat near the folding doors you have a view over the nicely laid out garden and the surrounding landscape. There’s side kitchen and several ways of access to the terraces and garden. There are two very spacious bedrooms on the first floor. One of them has a double bed and the other one two single beds. In the latter there’s also a solarium over one of the beds. The owner can put in a baby bed on request. The neat bathroom has a shower. In the garden there are several romantic places to sit, among which a wooden boardwalk over the water. There’s a shed where you can put away your bicycles dry and safe and you can park your car on your own property in front of the house. The Amsterdam Water Company dunes are a very special Natural Reserve Area just a few hundred meters away from the house. Here you can walk (no dogs allowed!) and even make a tour in a horse cart. The beach is right behind the dunes of course. Langevelderslag is the nearest beach, but beach resort Noordwijk is just a few kilometres further down the road. Shops you will find in Noordwijkerhout, but interesting cities like Haarlem, Leyden, Amsterdam and The Hague are less than half an hours drive away. And when you visit in Spring, you literally live amongst the flowers and nearby flower exhibition The Keukenhof is an absolute must-see!
