The ‘t Zwaansmeer holiday home is situated directly by the water, with its own mooring and direct access to the Uitgeestermeer lake. In the area there are various walking routes through the beautiful polder landscape. You can also take great canoe trips over the lake. Therefore, we can totally recommend this holiday home to nature and water-sport lovers! On the ground floor of your holiday home you will find the living room with a seating area, a dining table seating six and an open-plan kitchen equipped with all modern conveniences. On the ground floor there is also a double bedroom. On the first floor of the ‘t Zwaansmeer there are yet another two bedrooms, one of which has two single beds.
