't Landhuis

This lovely villa has been very well taken care of. It is on a through road from Bergen to Schoorl and within walking distance from the woods and dunes. It is suitable for three people. You can walk to the centre of Bergen within 10 minutes and the beach is only a 20 minute bike ride away. On the ground floor there is an attractive living room with a sitting area and an open fireplace. The open kitchen is modern and fully-fitted. There are two bedrooms and a lovely luxury bathroom with a bath on the first floor. The private garden runs all around the house and has garden furniture. This is an ideal house for a young family as there are lots of toys available.

't Molenaarshuisje

This attractive miller’s house is located right in the middle of the bulb fields, a beautiful place to truly relax and unwind. You can enjoy the fantastic views from the moment you wake up in the morning. The house has been tastefully furnished with both worldly and creative influences, which are also evident in the interior. The living room has a cosy lounge area with a wood-burning stove and borders the open kitchen. The bathroom can also be found on the ground floor. The first floor is home to a bedroom with a double bed. An ideal home for people who like serenity and nature. This house is also available for rent as accommodation for up to 8 people in combination with the "Hollands Molenhuis" (Dutch Mill House) next door.

't Oude Koetshuis

‘t Oude Koetshuis is a welcoming holiday home, ‘hidden’ behind a row of beautiful The Hague townhouses, centrally located in the Zeeheldenkwartier residential area. From your holiday home it is only a ten minute walk to the Binnenhof (Centre of Dutch politics). By bicycle (bicycle rental is nearby) you can reach the Scheveningen beach in ten minutes. There are various nice restaurants and pubsi In the immediate vicinity of ‘t Oude Koetshuis. Getting your groceries is also convenient as there is an AH supermarket within a two minutes’ walk. The ground floor of your holiday home consists of a welcoming living room with seating area. This is adjacent to the spacious, comfortable kitchen diner. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spread out over the first and second floor. The playful arrangement and reasonably steep, characteristic staircases make the house less suitable for small children and disabled people. ‘t Oude Koetshuis has a real ‘town terrace’ with garden furniture, so that you can enjoy your breakfast outside in the morning, or, at the end of the day, enjoy a drink in the sunshine! 't Raadhuis

The ‘t Raadhuis holiday farm is situated close to the town of Sluis in the province of Zeeland, within cycling distance of the beach of Cadzand. The former city hall of Heille has been carefully restored and has rural elements. Relax by the open fireplace or on the veranda. In the lovely garden you can sit between the fruit trees with the cat roaming around free. For children there is even a play house. ‘t Raadhuis has a welcoming living room with an open fireplace and a original beamed ceiling. Adjacent you will find a light small room, which is a great place to read a good book. In a welcoming space with a high ceiling you will find the long wooden dining table with a view to the veranda and the garden. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences. On the ground floor of the holiday home you will find two bedrooms and a bathroom and on the first floor there are yet another two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It gives a lot of privacy. Also, an extra bed is created for a 9th person. From the veranda, in the wonderful large garden, you are treated to an unspoiled view to the polder. You can find a shady place in the midst of the fruit trees and if you fancy some sunshine you can find a spot on the terrace. Only a stone’s throw away you will find Belgian cities and towns such as Bruges and Knokke. Young children can have the time of their life in the Toversluis family fun park.

't Rieten Schiphuis

The ‘t Rieten Schiphuis holiday home, which thanks its name to the thatched roof, lies directly by the water in the village of Giethoorn. The house has a spacious layout and comes with a large living room with an open-plan kitchen and utility room. Thanks to the large windows the ‘t Rieten Schiphuis is very light and you are treated to a wide view across the surroundings. The terrace of the holiday home is laid out in such a way that when the weather is nice you will always find a spot in the sunshine. This exceptional old farmhouse, more than hundred years old, is situated in the Zuid Bevelandse polder area, in the centre of sheltered flower dikes and orchards, very quiet in the centre of nature, a nice starting point for bike tours and trips to the different cities in the neighborhood or a day on the beach. The small beach at the river of the Westerschelde can be reached by bike in twenty minutes, the bigger beaches in Vlissingen and Domburg can be reached by car in about thirty minutes. Cities as Goes and Middelburg are about fourteen and twelve kilometers away. Around the house is a nice, well-cared garden, surrounded by an orchard. In the backyard are several seats in the sun as well as in the shadow, there is a sheltered terrace where you can sit well-protected, even when the weather is not fine and enjoy the living outside. Via the hall you get into the cozy living room, modern furnished with a dining-corner and a lounge with a homey wood-burning stove. Here are also the steps to the first floor with two bedrooms, one of them with a wash-basin and a television on which you can watch only videos. On the ground-floor is a separate modern kitchen, equipped with all utensils. Adjoined to that is the part of the house which formerly was a farm barn but is renovated now with much taste. There is a bedroom with a twin bed and a wash-basin, a luxurious bathroom with a spacious shower, twin wash-basin and W.C. and even another shower room with a toilet. All rooms in this house are on ground level, starting with the bright livingroom with a cosy sitting area and a dining table that seats six. The kitchen is simple but modern and efficient, equipped with everything you need, even a small table to have breakfast at. There are three bedrooms – one of them with a double bed, the other two both wit a robust bunk bed. All bedrooms have plenty of cupboard space and a washing basin with hot and cold water. When staying in Anno Toen you really go straight back to those earlier times, complete with box bed, woodstove and other authentic features. This elegant, new build (2009), holiday house is situated quietly at the outskirts of the village Zonnemaire, close to a small beach of the Grevelingen Sea and in only twenty minutes by car you will reach the North Sea beach near Scharendijke. The surroundings are qualified for undertaking nice bike tours. De Grevelingen is appreciated by aquatic sportsmen, divers and sporting fishermen, the beach is ideal for children to swim and play. The holiday house is situated in a little holiday park consisting of fourteen houses, all backwards. You enter the house via the front door at the side of the house and reach from the hall into the living room. There are a comfortable lounge, a big dining-table and an open, modern kitchen. The sliding doors lead to the sunny garden at the backside, where the kids can play very well. On the first floor are three bedrooms and a bathroom. A nice house for families and everybody who is looking for silence, much space and the nature.
